I’ve been using this dumbbell set at home for about a week now, and it’s been pretty solid so far.The weight plates are easy to put on and take off, and I like that I can adjust the weight depending on what exercise I’m doing. It doesn’t take up much space either, which is nice for a small setup like mine.The grip feels comfortable, and everything stays secure during workouts. I mainly use it for chest and arm exercises, and it gets the job done.Only small thing is the plastic nuts need to be tightened well before each use, just to make sure everything stays in place.Overall, it’s a good option if you want something simple for home training.

I had high hopes for this, but it feels pretty cheap overall. The connectors and collars don’t feel secure, and switching between setups is also a hassle.For something that can actually cause injury it doesn’t inspire confidence. I wouldn’t recommend
