Hold your nose and drink it!
I swear by this stuff. Whenever I start to feel like I’m coming down with something, I make a “green drink” and if I do happen to get sick, it’s short lived. My kids are also turned on to this amazing stuff.Downside: it’s appears a little “furry” and the taste is not great. I mix it in a 1/2 cup of water and take it like a shot or just hold my breath and drink it! The taste is not enough to deter me from taking it as the benefits outweigh the flavor.

These little packets are lifesavers! I can’t stop recommending them to all my friends. These are great for road-trips and travel. The taste is surprisingly great and the packet is so easy to pour into your water bottle. I do recommend cold water!

I’m not gonna lie it doesn’t taste amazing at all the people saying that must be health junkies but there is something that’s like ok about the taste. At first I hated it now I love drinking it at the end of the day and it makes me feel healthy. If you were gonna get this or bloom get this bloom made me throw up.

I keep a stack at hand because I am always on the go and you know what happens when you don’t carry with you healthy snacks or food…anyway, I love the taste. You can mix it just with water and drink it. It gives energy and it is high in antioxidants. Great product!

Amazing Greens
This stuff is not for the faint at heart, due to the smell and taste. I will admit that this stuff is awful to the taste buds, but I keep drinking it because of how it makes me feel. Don’t expect a pick-me-up from this product, but you will feel good and healthy overall. This product is great for supplementing gaps in your nutrition!!

High Levels of Vitamin A cause ITCHING
I love this product and after a few days could notice a difference in my energy levels. HOWEVER, after about a week I noticed I was getting very itchy on my hands, arms and feet. I didn’t initially connect it to this product, but after another week or so I went to the doctor who informed me that the level of Vitamin A in this is very high (recommended 3500 iU per day TOTAL and this product has 4500 iU per serving.) While most people are will be just fine, I was lucky enough to get the itching side effect, and was told too high doses of Vitamin A can lead to osteoporosis in women. I love the Amazing Grass line though and will just find another flavor that doesn’t have the same V.A. levels.

Portable nutrition
I use this at home and it tastes good, but I needed a safe method to take it on a business trips. Fortunately, the product is offered in these convenient travel packs that I packed into my suitcase and both arrived in good condition at my destination. Using a water bottle, I mixed the package and water and shook the solution, and the taste was the same as the home mixture. Now, I felt like I was consuming a decent baseline level of fruits and vegetables while away from home and that my body had a nice baseline to aid my immune system while traveling.
