Relief for Back & Shoulder Pain
It has strong power but is still easy and comfortable to use. I like that it has different speed levels so I can adjust it depending on how sore I feel. The heat and cold function really helps relax the muscles. It’s practical, cordless, and convenient for home use. Overall, a good purchase.

Great if you have arthritis!
This is a game changer for me. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis especially in my wrists and hands. Trying to use a regular massage gun on my back or calves is painful on my wrist because of the weird angles you have to do to get the right spot. Regular massage guns are also really heavy.This is very lightweight and the fact that it can be adjusted sold me.I can reach problem areas near my shoulder blade, sciatic area, massaging my calves without turning myself into a pretzel is heaven. It also comes with a hot and cold attachment. The heat doesn’t get very hot but you can definitely feel it. It has to be on bare skin. The heat is not strong enough to go through clothing. The cold attachment is a gel. It gets pretty cold. I stick mine in the freezer for a few minutes to really make it more sturdy.I’m recovering from knee replacement and this has helped keep my muscles loose after a hard day of PT.The vibration is pretty strong as well. It goes up to 9.Overall I highly recommend especially if you have arthritis.

Good massager with plenty of options and attachments.
Overall I’m very happy with this massage gun. It comes with a good variety of attachments, several speed settings, and provides strong pressure that really helps with muscle aches and general soreness. The heat and cold options are a nice bonus, but honesty not features that are important to me and I have a hard time telling any difference. They work, but I don’t really “feel” the usefulness during the massage. This isn’t unique to this massager though – I have a couple others and the heat/cold functions seem to be marketing over substance. This is a neutral for me not a negative, since these aren’t functions I care about. The things I do care about work well!One small drawback is when I try to use it on my own upper shoulders. No matter what speed I use, it tends to “bounce” a bit, which makes it hard to keep steady pressure in that spot. I actually have another massager that works a little better for self-use in that area.That said, it works great when my husband uses it on my shoulders and upper back. One of the reasons I bought it is that I’m always asking for massages, and his hands start to hurt after a while. Using this makes it much easier for him and I end up getting a longer, more effective massage without his hands getting sore.It also arrived quickly and seems durable so far. Overall, I’m happy with this product!

It was very easy to use, even for my grandmother. The portable and foldable design makes it super comfortable to hold, requiring no special strength or technique. And the hot and cold effect it provides is a great bonus during the massage.

This foldable message gun has multiple heads and settings allowing for you to adjust it to your needs. The head has plenty of power to provide a nice massage, and the 9 speeds allow you to fine tune it. The massage gun feels like nice quality and has held up great for me. I really like the addition of both heat and ice adding to its versatility. My only issue with it is the placement of the buttons. I find myself way too often accidentally pressing a button while moving the massage gun around, causing it to increase speed or drop back down to 1. If the buttons were closer to the head of the gun it would alleviate this issue, at least for me. Overall though this is a really great value for the price, and would make for a great gift for a loved one.
