2.Put your arms out in front of the table with your palms up and your fingers soft.
3.Keep the sphygmomanometer at the same height as the heart.

How do you change the setting from kPa 0.00 to mmHg 0?
Long press START/STOP button for 15 seconds in sleep mode. If the default setting is kPa,press ‘M’ button,it will change into mmHg, Then press START/STOP button to save the data.

How to delete the old records?
When viewing the memory, press and hold the [MEM] key while holding down the [START / STOP] key for 2 seconds. When the screen displays all “-“, the memory will be deleted.

Pretty nice BP monitor
Works really well for the price, a good value.Takes 3 AAA. Note that the USB is a power source, it had no internal rechargeable battery.It the voice is very loud, but there are instructions to mute it.It’s super easy to use, and comfortable on my arm. Fits most arms.I like that it has a lot of memory for storing your readings. The display is large and easy to see. Overall nice design

It was easy to setup even though, initially, the directions seemed rather overwhelming. It is easy to use, very readable, the voice is clear & loud, the display plain & simple, the size not too big. Seems durable enough, but time will tell.

this one is just a hassle.
The cuff is too tight for my arm, even though I ordered the larger size. It cuts off circulation while taking a reading, leading to inaccurate results. The display is also backlit so poorly that I can’t read it in dim light, which is a problem when I’m trying to take a reading at night. The device also takes forever to inflate and deflate, making the whole process take twice as long as it should. For the price, I expected a device that works properly, but this one is just a hassle.
