Great shape but once open the chemical fumes enough to tip you over, iit arrived open smelled rewrap back.

Way too firm
Returning because the foam is too hard, it is not memory foam or at least not like the products I already have that are memory foam. It does have a bad smell. I read some comments that the cover was scratchy, but I did not find the cover to be bothersome. FYI…This item is a pain to return, Whole Foods would not accept it and told me to call customer service. Customer service told me to take it to UPS and they almost refused it, but we were able to fold in half so it was okay.
