Resistance bands, but they were either too small or too large for my needs
I got these resistant bands with the hopes of using them for yoga, but I found them either too long or too short to use with any poses. I then tried using them for workouts, but again the size was awkward and I found simply using free weights was more effective.If you’ve previously used similar sized bands to these and found them effective, then I suggest this product, as they seem to be built well. But if you’re like me and on the fence, then I suggest you research these first to see if they’ll make an effective addition to your workout regimen.

Poor quality
⭐☆☆☆☆ Poor quality – broke within weeksI bought with good expectations, but the quality is very disappointing. After less than 3 weeks of normal use, the handle broke at the plastic part where the rope is secured.This wasn’t due to misuse or heavy impact just regular training. Because of this, the rope can no longer be properly fixed in place and is basically unusable.

Replaces a gym, for me
I’m getting old and losing muscular strength, but I have to do my own errands and heavy lifting. I can’t afford a gym membership, and trips over there are unreliable. This is it! Within a week of use I felt a big difference. The only problem is that it is a bit long (for me, anyway) and I had to tie knots to get it to be smaller and necessarily harder to use overall – that’s absolutely not the company’s fault.Have found ways to use it anytime, standing or sitting. Holding up very well to the abuse so far. A real blessing!
