Excellent stability, GREAT for bulgarians!
Having a home gym, I like to add pieces that can help me d movements I like without taking up a lot of space. This aerobic stepper from Cicuit Fitness is great quality, and most importantly, has a great grip on either tile or a rubber horse stall mat that makes it awesome for stability and getting the perfect angle for Bulgarians Split Squats for me, primarily. Great for step ups, single leg lunges and all, too, but being able to get the perfect height and a stable platform where my foot feels more secure, LOVE it for that! Great piece to add to garage/home gym! I would even say of a great quality a studio or gym would have this too. HIGHLY recommended!

    Sturdy and feels well built, but the grippy surface in the top was glued down poorly and it started to peel up at the corners after a month and a few months later it’s pretty bad. It can be easily glued back down I’ve just been lazy and haven’t done it. Good price for the item.

    Came damaged
    Didn’t get to use this because it came damaged. The grippy black part was lifting up on the sides. I bought 2 and they were both like that. Was able to get a refund thankfully. Wouldn’t recommend

    They Work, but quality is only fair – Not sure they’re worth the money
    The Circuit Fitness steps are a good short size, no assembly, fairly light weight, and the expected quality. They neither slide under your shoes, nor have they been slippery on top of Berber carpet. I haven’t used them on wood or laminate or any other smooth surfaces. The quality was as expected, but notable that within the first month of using them 2-3 times per week, the edges of the rubber began to peel up/back a bit. Hasn’t affected my use of the steps, but in the past, I’ve had better quality — I’ve never seen this defect before. Still, they do what I need them to do.
