A must have for beginners and experienced alike
So far so good. Beautifully packaged. Includes multiple workouts and care instructions. The only thing I would like to have seen is instructions for which bands provide the most/least resistance. I was able to figure it out. Green appears to be the easiest. Purple is much more resistant. I’ll assume that pink is more resistant than purple, but I haven’t tried that one yet.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter for her birthday. And she absolutely loved it. I am late putting this review out. But she uses everything in the kit and was practically in tears with excitement. Sorry. I do not have photos but everything that’s on that picture was in her box.

Great price for what you get! Materials all seem great quality for this price range! Also it doesn’t take much room for storage for the main items I use which I enjoy because I can keep them in an easy to get to cabinet so I actually use them! And they work great for workouts, strong and durable bands. Overall really happy with this!

Of the promised items, the bicycle pump, travel bag, and manuals for exercise are missing from my delivered package. The mini-bands are unlabelled for resistance and a different colour than the long band set, so I don’t know for sure which one offers which resistance.The bands and magic circle seem to be of decent quality. As I got an incomplete package with missing items, I cannot rate this product highly.
