This works well especially for women going through menopause.
With someone who is going through menopause, chafing is another result of it because estrogen drops a lot during menopause, therefore, making my skin feel drier, less elastic and thinner which makes it more susceptible to friction. Also, another result of menopause are hot flashes and due to this, I tend to sweat a lot and this contributes to more skin-to-skin contact so I was quite delighted to be able to try these chafing sticks.First of all, the sticks are travel-sized. It’s 0.5 oz and comes in 4 different scents including coconut, lavender, sage and vanilla. The sage and lavender are a lot stronger in scent and the coconut and vanilla is a little lighter scent-wise.I do like how it contains shea butter and beeswax to soothe my skin while the olive oil keeps my skin very much hydrated.Even though the size is small, I can see getting a lot of uses out of each one. While I like the portability of these smaller sizes since I can easily throw it in my purse, gym or travel bag, I really do wish that these come in a bigger version but I didn’t see it available. The sampler sizes are good for a trial before committing to a bigger size especially when it comes to the different scents that is available. I would definitely purchase these again if it was available in a larger version since it would be a better value.

Mini, Scented, Solid Sticks of Beeswax and Shea Butter
This is a four pack of “Anti Chafe Sticks,” designed to reduce chafing in whatever area to which you apply it. It consists of 4 mini twist up sticks that resemble a travel size solid deodorant stick. Each stick is about the size of a pack of gum. The set contains 4 different scents: lavender, sage, vanilla, and coconut. The sticks are basically a mix of beeswax and shea butter that have been scented with essential oils. The sticks claim to both help prevent chafing, as well as to heal any area already plagued by it.This is a hard product to review. For me, chafing season is basically summer, and spring is not the time when I have to worry too much about chafing. I did try using this on my heels with a pair of shoes that can cause blisters if I wear them for too long, and it did seem to help a little. I also tried it on a patch on my underboob that had a little chafing caused by the underwire in a bathing suit top. (I live in Florida, where it is pool season already.) It definitely helped soothe that area, but whether it was more effective than my normal body lotion is hard to say. It was not greasy though, and it did apply well from the stick.My main beef with this product is that this is clearly a trial pack, and I do not like all of the scents included. Yet when I searched their Amazon Store, I could not find this product sold in any other format, be that larger sizes or single scent packs. I dislike one of the scents so much, I will not use it, and I’m not wild about the smell of a second. At about $2.50 a stick, I want 4 sticks I enjoy using, rather than getting two that I do not. The fact I can’t just buy the scents I do like is what would prevent me from repurchasing this product in the future. Trial sizes are always costlier than larger sizes, and that cost increases if you plan to toss half of the set. I’d consider buying this again were it available in a larger size with just the scent I want. As it is, I am not likely to repurchase this set again.

All natural with really nice scents.
What I like most about this anti chafe balm is that it is all natural. It makes me feel comfortable using it on my skin and I don’t have to worry about anything chemical as it is not there.These sticks look like small deodorant sticks, you can twist the little roller at the bottom to push the stick out of the holder. The balm goes on smoothly and there is no waste which means the sticks will last a while.I have been dragging 5-gallon pails with soil from one garden to another. The pails literally chafe against my upper leg when I drag them along. Guess where I’ve been using these anti chafe sticks.I love the scents. I’m currently using the coconut one and I smell as if I’m walking on the beach. The nice thing is that the scents linger a while.The sticks can be used for more than just anti chafe purposes and they make my skin feel soft.I am saving the lavender for bug season because bugs don’t care for lavender scents too much.These anti chafe sticks are fairly small so they can be put in a purse easily, or even in a pocket.It’s an easy 5 stars from me. Nice scents, nice ingredients.

This set of 4 anti chafing sticks exceeded my expectations. Ingredients are excellent. Each stick only contains beeswax, olive oil, shea butter, vitamin E, and organic essential oil. Love that this is all natural and doesn’t contain any fillers! Texture is smooth and soft. Glides easily and melts into your skin, not greasy at all. This provides a hydrating, protective barrier. Did not irritate my sensitive skin.Multi purpose and can also be used to soften and protect rough elbows and feet. I used it on my cuticles to lock in hand cream before bed. My boyfriend refuses to use hand lotion, but I showed him how to run the stick over rough patches on his hands, and he liked it! The sticks are small and would be good to throw in a gym bag.I’m particular about fragrance, but I really liked all 4 scents. All are unisex and not overpowering. The vanilla is my favorite. Great quality, especially for the value. Highly recommend!
