I just love the smell
I always keep a big bag of Dr Teal’s Epsom Salt Magnesium Soak in my bathroom because it really helps me relax after a long day. The crystals dissolve quickly in warm water, and I usually add about two cups to the tub. The scent is gentle and calming, not too strong, and it instantly makes the bathroom feel cozy and peaceful.I use it most often after a workout or on nights when I feel sore or tense. The warm soak makes my muscles feel more relaxed, and I sleep better afterward. My skin feels soft and clean with no greasy feeling—just fresh.It’s affordable enough to use a few times a week, and it’s become part of my nighttime routine. A bath with this, a book, and a cup of tea, and I’m ready for a good night’s sleep.

Amazing Aroma & Great Effects
Always love Dr. Teal’s Epsom salt soaking solutions! So many great scents to choose from. I normally order the lavender one, but I decided to try this one for a change. It smells heavenly – very sweet smelling just as you would expect from something honey-scented.These Epsom salt soaks are great for sore muscles, anxiety/stress, and dehydration. I used to get chronically dehydrated due to a poor diet and calorie restriction. Soaking in this would temporarily help with the aches and pains and overall dehydration symptoms, which in turn helped my anxiety greatly. You’re also left with soft skin as a result of soaking in this product.Unlike other bath salts I have used, this one dissolves beautifully in the tub and actually soaks into the water. I’ve used other salts that don’t really dissolve well, and it worries me that I will ruin the bathtub drain of my apartment, so I would have to pick up all the little salt pieces prior to using the drain, which would be such a hassle, but I don’t have that issue with this product at all.Also, just an FYI, I use maybe half a cup to 1 cup of this product per bath. It seems like the salts last a really long time, but then again, I only use these salts when I’m having body pains, I’m dehydrated, or if I need something to help relax my body and mind. Works wonders!

Leaves skin renewed and soft
Wow! This really smells great and leaves your skin feeling like you’ve added oil to your bath! Clears away tissue around nailbeds (soaked feet for 15-20 minutes. What a relief to my aching, sore feet after 12 hours on my feet (and losing a toenail). This is going to be a regular routine for my foot care!!!

Love this scent
My first review was on here and I was not happy due to the person who packaged it. However they replaced it so I am a happy person. As most know Epsom salt works!!! There are several scents to relax with , this one I find very pleasant. It is overwhelming in the bag. But once in the tub with some nice warm water,…oasis 👌 this soften my skin, leaves my body smelling nice. I love it

Pain free with incredibly soft skin
I started getting nighttime muscle spasm in my calves and despite an improved diet and supplementation, couldn’t seem to completely eliminate the nighttime Charly horses and muscle tightness.My doctor actually recommended I try Epsom Salat Baths to relief the muscle pain. I ordered several brands and completely fell in love with the Dr. Teal’s brand, as it delivered the most immediate response. I was shocked with the almost immediate impact. The same night I was down to only one leg cramp and it completely eliminated my night time muscle cramps after a few uses.Of all the versions of the Dr. Teals Epsom soaking solutions I tried this ended up being my favorite. No exaggeration, it made my skin as soft as a newborn. It is so moisturizing, I no longer use lotion at all. So now I enjoy sleeping through the night and amazing skin at the same time.One thing to note – If you are sensitive to scents this is not for you. Even if you use just a half a cup the entire scent fills that bathroom and lingers on your skin.
