Soft, Cozy, and Perfect for Winter – My Go-To Thermal Pants!
I am absolutely loving these thermal pants! They are the perfect size, incredibly soft, and silky, making them super comfortable to wear all day. I’ve used them in New York during the bitter winter and here in Las Vegas when it dropped to 31°, and they kept me wonderfully warm every time.The pants are long enough to cover my legs completely, and the top fits my long arms perfectly, making them ideal for someone who is 5’9”. The quality is excellent—they feel durable and still maintain their softness after multiple washes.If you’re looking for winter pants that are cozy, stylish, and actually keep you warm, these thermal pants are a must-have. I *HATE* being cold & after living in Texas for 20+ yrs before moving back North, cold was definitely my nemesis! I’ve been a *big* fan of long johns for 30+ yrs, ever since I was gifted with my first set of “Cuddle Duds” shortly after that move. Over that time period, it’s surprising just how many more companies have started offering long underwear & how many styles, prints, & materials are now available at much more reasonable prices, as compared to 30+ yrs ago.I’m 5’7″, 145-150 lbs, & usually wear a size 12 in jeans or Large in yoga pants & tshirts. These long johns fit according to size. The top fits close to the body which I prefer under sweaters & other tops. The pants aren’t skin tight like leggings or tights but slim enough to not be bulky under clothes. The material is smooth, comfortable & silky against bare skin, but has a little less stretch than some other brands I wear. That’s actually good since it means they will be less likely to stretch out & get saggy in the knees, butt, legs or sleeves.These are what I’d probably call medium weight since I have other brands that are much thinner with no extra insulation, & others that are thicker & have various levels of brushed, poly “fleece” lining. (Note: it’s not really fleece like in sweat pants, but I have seen pics on Amazon of other brands that the fleece really is long & looks like you could use a comb or small brush on them… LOL!!) I really prefer the polyester blend long johns over 100% cotton sets because clothes slide on easier, are less bulky, & move easier when you move. Plus poly blends don’t shrink with every washing & drying like 100% cotton.O&BTW, did I mention how much I HATE to be cold & I’m a BIG fan of long johns? Well, I have long john sets in 4-5 solid colors & couple pairs in both black and white. I also have some in stripes, some in abstract patterns, even some in a typical “Nordic reindeer” pattern, and now I have these in classic seasonal red & black plaid. IMHO, one of the best things about the patterned long johns is: if/when I get too warm inside a building, all I have to do is remove my over-shirt or winter weight sweater, and no one knows I’m sitting in my long underwear because these patterned tops look like any other normal long sleeve patterned top! That’s what I consider as a huge WIN/WIN!

Fade and can ruin bras. Otherwise very good
These fade and can ruin your white bras. I’m hoping the fading will stop after a few washes, but now I have ruined bras to wear with them even if fading continues. Otherwise they’re lightweight and comfortable for wearing under clothing or even as loungewear.
