Pleasantly Surprised!
I never write a review, but in this instance, felt compelled to do so. I needed something to motivate me with exercising since I am working from home and due to the pandemic, move much less; as many of us do.I decided to challenge myself and frankly have heard varying stories about resistance bands. Frankly, I was not a believer – but these were priced very reasonably and I took the risk. I am so glad that I did. These bands do NOT slip and are extremely durable. These pretty pink workout bands are a staple in my routine! I use them for glute activation and to help keep my body aligned during squats and hip thrusts. They’re not too thick, but still provide great resistance and best of all, they don’t roll up while I’m moving.I’ve been using them for over a year now and have no complaints. Definitely recommend!

Excellent short bands
I am a barre fitness instructor and I purchased several sets of these to use in my classes. They’ve held up very well after years of use and I love that I can wash them after class and let them air dry in less than an hour. The fabric is much more comfortable around legs and arms than a standard loop band. Highly recommend.

Stretch out some, but great overall
They do stretch out a little when used daily, but so far have outlasted my rubber resistance bands. I gave it 4 stars for the durability. Overall, they are great for working out and provide a great variety of resistance for beginners through advanced athletes.

Great Functional Inexpensive
I love that I can take this anywhere and work put with it. I use it at work while I’m sitting at my desk, at home while in bed and it still works to my needs! The only think that I would say is after only 2 uses the bands look very worn and crinkled. This is my first time purchasing resistance bands do I’m not sure if thats “normal” wear and tear after 2 uses but for the price I paid i can easily buy me another set in a few months. Overall it does the job, the colors are nice, portability is awesome and they are very functional.

Amazing!!!
So I got these babies in pink and let me just say how amazing these are for one! Two they come in different sizes so if your a beginner like myself it makes it so much easier to work my way up and get tighter. You can also use them all. I also liked that it came with a small book giving me different ideas on how to use them for my arms and legs! I just love love. It also has this little bag to store. Definitely recommend them!

Not for me
I’ve had the regular loop bands that are all rubber for years. These fabric bands are to difficult to use for my strength level so I returned them. The all rubber ones role up sometimes, but they meet my exercise needs. I do moderate weight training and exercise here and there, if that helps any.
