Just buy it trust me!
Absolutely love this, tracks my sleep, heart rate and temperature fits perfect I got a size 8 usually a size 7 because my fingers swell. It’s not to bulky battery life is amazing I’ve wore it for 8 days straight and only put it on the charger when I’m showering as you can wear this while washing your hands and everything. Also tracks my period so can’t wait for the results for ovulation.

This ring works so well. I’ve only had it a few days but it’s already given me so much information. First, I want to say the size is snug. Not so snug you can’t wear it but snug enough it won’t slip off in the middle of the night. I bought a size 8, my normal ring size, and it fits my ring finger so well. Next, it’s super comfortable. It has a bit of weight when you wear it, and it’s slightly bulky, but not so much so you can’t sleep in it. It’s very sleek and super adorable. No one would even know it was a smart ring unless you say something. Third, the app is easy to use, and it auto syncs every morning which is so convenient. It was $130 for the ring, and it came with a free lifetime membership for the app. That to me is extremely useful and important. I bought the ring to get back in touch with my natural cycle and to relearn everything. So far it’s made it super simple to do. I absolutely love it so far!

Easy BBT and sleep tracking
I have been using the ring for months now. I wanted to be able to give an honest review. The ring is tight but not uncomfortable. I can wear it on either the ring or middle finger. It has successfully tracked and showed the difference in BBT throughout my cycle. This is helpful since I’m trying to conceive.When I was having issues customer service quickly responded and helped me. The app for the ring is free and makes tracking easier. I would definitely recommend this ring for tracking BBT as well as sleep.

Worth it!
I purchased this smart thermometer ring to help track my cycle since I have PCOS and don’t always have regular cycles, and it has been really helpful. One of my favorite features is how it tracks my basal body temperature (BBT) and clearly shows when my temperature rises, which helps me confirm ovulation with more confidence. Gen 1 is worth the BBT tracking function
Honestly worth it. Im working up on month 3 of this and tbh I think mine is personally just glitching bc the charge that was keeping for a week easy is now dying much sooner ( I take it off for showers and lifting). I am giving it a very full charge right now and if not, ill return it to amazon and get the same one bc I like the format and the ring that much. Very easy to use. Easy to track bbt, and it matched my oral thermometer. I bought it to track my bbt for pregnancy planning and I wanted to be out of the loop a little bit, and here I am 5 weeks pregnant. Might upgrade to the gen 2 bc I do lowkey like the steps being tracked.

Go with the Oura Ring instead
This provided more information on things that did not apply to me. I lost it within a week as finger sizes fluctuate so much with cycles. Will not buy again. The quality doesn’t look much better than the sizing rings in the kit. It’s hard to gauge accuracy as I lost it pretty quickly. I kept taking it off every time I’d wash dishes because unlike the Ova ring- which is waterproof, the femtometer is not. The comfort even though I tried the sizing ring for over 48 hrs to ensure accuracy and optimal fit- the ring was too loose. The functionality was not designed with mothers or women in mind, as I wash so many dishes throughout the day.

Make sure to be trying it on the finger you’re going to wear it on and ensure it is comfortable. A-lot smaller than regular rings but that is to be expected!
