I’ve been really impressed with this smart ring so far. It looks sleek and minimal, but it packs a lot of useful features, especially for sleep and health tracking.The ring is lightweight and comfortable to wear all day and night—I barely notice it’s on, which makes it perfect for sleep tracking. The ceramic finish also gives it a premium look and feels very durable.The data it provides is clear and helpful, especially for tracking sleep quality and overall activity. It’s nice to have something more discreet than a smartwatch while still getting meaningful insights.Battery life has been solid, and charging is simple and quick. Tracking yay, Charge boo, customer service yay
I was thoroughly enjoying my ring and found it very helpful with tracking and understanding my cycle. However recently my ring would not connect to the app when I woke up and it turned out even though I was going to bed with the ring nearly 100% charged or at 100% charged I would wake up with it at 0%. It’s not even been 5months and the ring is not holding its charge or syncing data.Update: 3/13/26They resolved my issue and replaced the ring, also took the time to follow-up and make sure the new ring was working correctly.

the device failed to deliver on its core function
After two months of consistent nightly wear, the thermometer ring’s BBT tracking feature reports my data as inconsistent—despite wearing the ring every night as instructed. This undermines the entire value proposition. When I compare results to my Apple Watch sleep data, the ring consistently underreports my sleep duration. Most importantly, I’ve been unable to identify an ovulation pattern using this ring, whereas manual BBT tracking with a traditional thermometer over the same period clearly showed my cycle pattern. A device designed to simplify fertility tracking should make detection easier, not harder. For the price point, this isn’t delivering on its core promise. I’m requesting a refund.

amazing product!!
loooove this product so much! my femometer has changed the game for me when it comes to tracking my cycle and other health data. it is very easy to use and is so accurate! typically, for biometric rings it is advised to wait at least 60 days after purchase for accurate female data, however, my femometer has been accurate since the very start! that impressed me right off the bat. it holds a charge for up to 4-5 days and then when you put it in the charging case it charges fully within a couple hours! i love how slim the ring is. it is very comfortable and most of the time i barely even notice that i’m wearing it. i love that there is no app subscription. i would 100% recommend this to any woman who wants to track their cycles or even just their sleep/health data.

Good potential but NOT WATERPROOF!
My first one died after a week or two. It wouldn’t charge or sync, and the ceramic cracked. I requested a replacement. After a brief delay (it was out of stock), the manufacturer sent me a new one. I quickly realized it was not very waterproof- I accidentally forgot to remove it while doing dishes. It had to spend some quality time drying in a bag of rice before it would charge again. The battery is supposed to last a few days. It lasts less than one day, so I can only wear it to bed and remove it during the day, much like a Tempdrop. So the activity tracking doesn’t really matter. The sleep data has trouble syncing with Apple Health. The sleep duration does, but Apple can’t interpret the sleep stage data. See photos. 5 month update:Wanted to give a quick update now that I’ve owned this ring for 5 months- I am still loving it! It even helped me track my cycles and I can happily say my husband and I are currently expecting our first baby due in February! I haven’t had any glitches or connection issues. The battery is still holding strong too. It now has some slight wear and tear on the bottom side of the ring where the gold is beginning to wear off, but it goes unnoticed when looking at it from the back of my hand. Still think this is a fantastic purchase!Original review: Super happy with my purchase. I was a little skeptical with all the negative reviews but I’ve had my ring for a few weeks now and I can say I am happy with my purchase. I absolutely love the color and look of this ring. You don’t see very many white smart rings on the market. The tracking is accurate and I enjoy the extra content you get within the app. I think this is just as good if not better than more expensive rings on the market! A lot of other rings don’t include cycle tracking without purchase of other apps. Best all in one ring for females!

Lo compre en noviembre, en Agosto dejó de funcionar el anillo de la noche a la mañana (no hacía luces) aunque si carga y se vincula, no registra ningún temperatura. Contacte con ellos vía email y me enviaron otro súper rápido. Problema? El que me han enviado, nuevo, tampoco funciona. Mismo error. Vi la luz del anillo el primer día pero ya no ha vuelto a hacer ninguna luz ni registrar temperatura. Para lo que vale, no compensa.
