So far so good
Bought this to use for my physical therapy exercises. Strong enough to accommodate my not-so-tiny body. Light enough that I can move it if/when I need to. Surface seems to be non-slip. Have not yet used the attachments that add height, so I can’t speak for those. All in all, a very good product. I am very satisfied.

Poor packaging, but good other than that
First of all, the step platform is perfect for me. I’m 5’1″, so I don’t really need a large platform. I started doing steps on my stairs when it got too hot to walk outside, eventually decided to buy an aerobic step to avoid wearing out the carpet. I measured my step width, about 25″ wide, so a 32″ platform is about right for me. Thanks to other reviews, I knew when ordered that I’d have to do something to keep it from sliding on my wood floor during use. I used masking tape to hold some grip shelf liner I’d cut into 7″ x 13″ squares, and that does the trick perfectly.I only gave it four stars because of no padding for the sides in the packaging. My platform was obviously damaged during shipping — a big chunk out of one of the steps. I whipped out the E6000 Industrial glue and pieced it together. I didn’t want to wait for a return and so forth. Worked for me. (Beware of crafters. We have the creativity to kill you and make it look like an accident, and due to a lifetime of hot glue burns, we leave no fingerprints.)

Dangerous
Not stable. The risers do not stay in place. There is no locking mechanism which makes this platform very dangerous when exercising.

Great value!
Handles my weight of 250 lb. I don’t use it for working out. I use it to step off my couch so my legs aren’t dangling cuz I have padding under my pillow

Stable and Sturdy
Great and sturdy for stepping. I’m 5’8, 180 lbs, male and I love it. Never a doubt about it holding me while I work out.

Rough around the curved edges.
This is a great step, but it has rough edges in the curve and I have scraped my foot several times so I guess I’ll put duct tape around that and all will be well.I bought it to step up to my bed so I use it every day

Physical therapy
It works just as it is suppose to. Helps with my physical therapy and I can use it even without my therapist being here. I have home care therapy after having fallen five times in 2months including once in the hospital, which I don’t remember. I broke 19 ribs, my left shoulder blade, breast bone, collar bone, nose in three places, and had s concussion. So they said I couldn’t drive.that was 6 months ago and they still have me doing physical therapy.
