I actually really love how this bowl collapses down because my bathroom counter is tiny and I do not have room for bulky spa gear. The built in ice tray is a nice touch since it makes just enough ice for one session without taking over my freezer. Dunking my face in the morning definitely helps me look less puffy and helps me feel way more awake for my early meetings. This is a medium sized bowl and conveniently folds after each use. The silicone is soft and durable as well. Thick lining so your ice water won’t tilt over too.I made the mistake of filling it all the way to the top since it has three folds, but I quickly noticed I didn’t have to.It definitely helps calm my mind and relaxes me. Ice baths are ideal for my face each day and I do this at night because I feel like it helps me sleep better. It’s not a cure, but a preference for me. I tried this in the morning and I definitely didn’t seem to enjoy it as much as the relaxation I felt at night before bed. Again, I’m sure this is preference and not a regimen.Plus my face and skin is really enjoying this too.
