Instant relief after a long day on my feet

Much more Intense than expected
The mat is made of TPE and feels durable. It is odor-free and easy to clean, which I appreciate. The size is also decent for adults. However, I personally do not think this product is suitable for kids, despite the general sizing description. The pressure points are quite intense, even for adults. For kids, it may feel too painful or overwhelming. Even with socks or a towel, the stimulation can be strong. The stimulation can be painful rather than relaxing. For adults looking for deep acupressure, this may work well.

Wear socks balls are great under foot!
After I opened this I was disappointed. It is just a plastic mat. I set it at the end of my bed. I tried to walk on it and it hurt my feet. I have planters fasciitis and tough skin. I was surprised that my feet that stand for up to 11 hours a day on shift were too sensitive. Then I sat down with socks on had a revelation. You need to wear socks! The balls are simple but much better on the mat as a tennis ball is free to roll around. This gives structure under your feet. The acupressure points feel nice. While rolling the ball under my foot I discovered I have a bad injury on my left foot that is causing me knee pain. Now when I go to the doctor and I can tell them exactly were it hurts. It is really an amazing, simple little mat. I may have lost the foot guide that came with. I will download the pic from here as it will be very useful for me. I am so glad that I gave this five minutes. Hopefully I can do this everyday to help the pain in my foot. The price is great for such a simple mat!

Sturdy, well made, and effective
My husband has a hammer toe, which causes a great deal of discomfort. We purchased an elaborate electric foot massager and he was unable to use it. It applied far too much pressure on delicate parts of his foot and he said he needed something that gave him control over the amount of pressure and the areas that were massaged.As soon as we opened this foot massager, my husband said, “This is what I need. It’s something I can control.”We have a home office, and my husband has this massager under his desk and uses it on and off throughout the day. He can feel the massaging, even while wearing house shoes. It comes with a reflexology chart, showing which areas of the foot impact various parts of the body.This foot massage mat is well made and super sturdy. It rolls up neatly with two strong straps. It’s reasonably priced, and it allows the user to control pressure and protect sensitive areas.

Too sharp for me; might work for others; massage balls are great however
There are two plastic massage balls with points and one massage pad, also with acupressure points for the feed. I tried this with socks on and socks off and both ways are too painful to me. The massage balls are great, however, as I use them to massage over the arch area for my plantar fasciitis.This mat is definitely something that requires some getting used to but I know I am not going to use it after trying it. It comes with a foot reflexology chart.The current price of $19.99 is reasonable for this. Even though this is 2 stars for me, I hesitate to mark it as such because I do love the massage balls and some people might like this type of pointed massager.

Sharp massage mat
This is a simple little mat, but such a good idea. It folds and opens nicely, so it’s easy to store and keep out of the way until I want to use it. There’s different massage points of styles, so you can press your foot against it and find out which works best for you. I particularly love the little massage balls that work great on the soles of my feet that tend to hurt after a long day standing at work. The mat seems durable and good quality too. I do recommend wearing socks when you’re starting out so you can test out if it’s too much pressure for you.
