Good gym shorts ✨️
I love these shorts. I got them in the dark red and these green ones both xs but the green are a bit bigger than the dark red in a good way. The dark red were wayyyyy too tight like I couldn’t bend hardly and Idk about squatting or stairclimbers with them. They are a nice fabric tho and the length is good as i am 5’7 so i was worried they would show too much possibly but all covered. Not too long and stretchy. I like the waist band. There’s no gap in the small of the back/ waist area like some brands so I will order again. Just going to keep the bag just in case I need to send back to size up possibly.

These are a must have! I’m 5’3, 140lbs and am built pretty sturdy. I have 42.5in hips. I only bought one pair to try and got the medium because I want the compression for my thighs and glutes, especially for when I run. I weight lift 5 days a week and needed good new shorts. These are squat proof and sweat proof. They don’t roll up my thighs (so no fat rash), but they do come up very slightly if I’m on the leg press where it causes knee to chest. Otherwise, they stay in place. I really like how they come up to my bellybutton so I’m not overflowing at all. While I’ve only worn them once so far, I hope they withstand weight lifting and don’t tear or start falling apart. They feel great, are wedgie proof, and I’ll be ordering more.

I LOVE THESE THINGS!!! Best yoga shorts I’ve found. I loved them before I was pregnant and I love them now, being pregnant. They are sooo comfortable and so flattering. I bought several pairs of yoga shorts like these at the same time and ended up returning them all, except for these. The reason I am doing this review is because I came back to them to buy another pair and decided to do a review when I did. The only con is that the skull does come off quickly, even with minimal washes.

super comfortable, the compression is nice and feels like an extension of your skin almost. I will say as a bigger girl 5’11 and 268lbs, the XL is a little tighter than I wanted, I am also more muscular than most as I play rugby and women’s tackle football. My thighs are almost the same circumference as an NBA basketball and these do not roll up at all for me.Pros:Feels soft and smoothDoes not roll up my thighs like most shorts dolightweight and not heavyCons:See through – NOT squat proof at allTop rolls down slightlyCompression is slightly tighter than I would preferThese are definitely see through as I bent over in front of my teammates and asked if they can see anything and they were like “oh, like your polka dot thong?” so yeah, they are definitely see through. Maybe for the smaller girlies they aren’t as see through, but they are definitely see through. I’d give them a solid 3.5/4 out of 5 stars

Love these! Bought two pairs. They’re stretching and the waistband is comfy. It doesn’t roll down. They’re squat proof. Actually may be my new favorite shorts. I’m 5’7” almost 200 pounds, bought a large and they fit great.

Rolls up on thigh with HIIT workouts and running
Stretchy and good fit but does nothing for the mommy pouch. I feel like it accentuated it tbh. Also after my HIIT workout I realized the shorts just kept rolling up and I kept having to pull them back down. Eventually I just gave up and left them rolled for the remaining part of my workout. True to size and are comfy but not for show in my opinion.

Cute, shapes my butt really nicely but uncomfortably tight in the waist. Like for a stretchy material what purpose does it need to be this tight??? I hope it relaxes out over time but my goodness. Got my correct size but maybe I’ll have to size up next time

The quality feels good. They’re very comfy. Waist band does help hold in the belly but the chub can pop out the top because it’s tight lol but the waist band isn’t as tight as some shorts I’ve bought from Amazon which I appreciate. And it’s not super high waist.It does not have the “butt lift” effect.

These women’s shorts have been properly tested, not just worn once and reviewed.First thing—squat proof. I checked from multiple angles and there’s no transparency, even at the bottom of a heavy squat. That’s usually where most shorts fail, so that’s a big plus.Comfort-wise, they’re soft but still feel supportive. The waistband holds without digging in, and they stay in place the whole session—no rolling, no sliding, no constant adjusting between sets. They handle both lifting and cardio without becoming distracting.Fit is flattering without feeling overly tight. They contour well and don’t give that compressed, restrictive feeling some gym shorts have. I ended up buying two colours because they’re reliable enough to rotate regularly.Only downside for me is sizing—I could have gone down one size for a more compressive fit. These are comfortable as they are, but if you prefer a tighter, held-in feel, consider sizing down.Overall, they do exactly what you need: stay put, stay opaque, and look good doing it. No unnecessary fuss. Im a size 8 in leggings UK.
