Absolutely perfect!
These are great! The original silver chime meditation balls are great in general. And years ago, I remember practicing on them really helped with my carpal tunnel. So when I pick these up again, I was happy that they don’t. Chime are smaller and can fit in my pocket. They can be used to help with carpal tunnel, as well as a fidget or stim toy Highly recommend. My only small complaint is the color wasn’t one light and one dark. One of the sets were both dark so if you’re into the idea of Ying and yang or that specific quality beware it might be different because of packaging.

Great to clear one’s mind
The Baoding Balls are great to role around in your hand to help quiet the mind. I got two sets of two. I can use two of the same color or I can mix and match. They are perfect fit for my hand I can rotate them around clockwise and relax. Now counterclockwise is a little bit more of a challenge. The good news is it supposedly helps rewire your brain to do things the opposite way or in your off hand. Don’t know for sure but that is what I have been told and I am going to run with it. Very relaxing. Very calming.

The balls are perfect for early recovery from the arthritis surgery I had on my left thumb. As my strength recovers I’ll switch to larger balls. They are very comfortable in the hand. I bought 4 so I could do both hands at the same time. I’m hoping that this will me to not have to have my right thumb operated on.

Green are BAD.. 1. Dull, not shiny,. 2. Multiple flat spots. 3. Chips, nicks, rough. 4. Not smooth, matte surface, like sand. 5. Uncomfortable to use. 6. Not aesthetic., vusually unpleasant. 7. Odd coloring, different colors, barely green, mostly white, one was almost yellow. 8. Roughness and flat spots make them noisy, clunky, and awkward. Tried 2x!! Both orders same results. Frustrating. Disappointment.

These are beautiful. I love stones anyway, so to find real stone made into balls for exercising my hands is right up my street. They do feel lovely in my hand, I chose these because I have short hands even for a female, and these seemed to be smaller than many others. The colours are exactly as in the ad, though I noticed someone else in the reviews got dark green and black. Mine are the lovely light green. I used youtube to work out what to do with them, it took about half an hour to go one way (with both hands, though not at once), but am still working on making the balls move in the other direction. Apparently they’re very good for older people (I’m 73) and I’m all for keeping my hands fit and mobile! They certainly took me a little while, once you’ve got the hang of it, it’s quite soothing to do, and can be done while watching tv or reading one handed as I did this morning. Highly recommended.
