Feels great works great!

Quickly relaxes and soothes the muscles
My friend, a hairdresser, had one and recommended it to me. She uses it every night when she comes home and relaxes. Blow drying hair all day has made her sore over the years. She said this takes away the soreness in her muscles and she is able to go to bed and sleep through the night without pain. I really like this product. It does exactly what it advertises. The first time I put it on and the warmth started working into my shoulders and neck, I knew I’d found the right item for my tight sore neck and shoulders. I like that it has a remote to adjust the settings of heat. It also has a 30 min timer. I highly recommend this pad.

Better than a traditional heating pad
This neck and shoulder wrap is great in the fact that it really is contoured to rest around the intended areas and stay in place. I like the snap to secure it in the front which is necessary for me in that I have a very small frame, so it seems to be a little loose fitting. I would have preferred that it be a little more “weighted” to really rest on the neck and shoulders a little better. This model does have heat coils up into the neck area which is a feature I was absolutely wanting in a heating pad. I looked at many similar looking heated wraps and couldn’t get a clear idea from the manufacturing advertisement or customer reviews as to if that was the case for their products.

So far worth the buy
Haven’t had for very long but seems to be working great. Bought for my husband. The only issue we found is that it seems to be made for small neck people. Most pictures are shown with women using, does not account for a man that has a larger neck. He feels like he is being choked if snapping the button.

I like the product and I do use it. I like that it is soft, gets warm, and the heat is adjustable.I find the heat doesn’t come from the upper neck “collar” portion, just the lower part. It does have a snap which secures well, but I find that for it to lay properly on me I do better draping it without securing it.Overall it’s easy to use and affordable, but not perfect
