What if I’m between two lengths?
Beginner:
If you are new to jump rope training and have never jumped before, choose the longer version. This gives you more room for error or short it.
Advanced:
If you have previous jumping experience or generally have good coordination, then it comes down to personal preference. If you primarily want to maximize the speed of your jumps, then we recommend the shorter version.
What if I have chosen the Long length for me?
The rope can be adjusted. If the rope it to long, you can shorten the rope to your desired length easily. Please do not overcut.

GREAT FOR COMBAT SPORTS AND FULL BODY WORKOUT

Great Jump Rope
I purchased this rope in Aug of 2025. I have purchased/tried many and this one for me is perfect! I love this rope it doesn’t tangle its just the right weight to keep a medium steady skip. I found it to be just right for trying to expand my skipping technique.Just recently the handle came off from the bearimg mechanism, I was really pretty upset because I just really like this rope. Contacted their customer service, they asked for a pic and the Amazon purchase information sent it and they immediately sent me out a new one. So in short rope is great and so is customer service.

I’m 5’11” and the L size was spot on..
This arrived yesterday and I jumped this morning after opening it. It’s perfect and I have been jumping rope since I was six years old. I am recovering from an extended illness and surgery, eight weeks ago, and being able to exercise especially by jumping rope I am hoping to make a full recovery with time. I recommend this 1/4 pound weighted rope for anyone wanting to reap the benefits from jumping or skipping rope.

Overall I give this rope a 4/5. Great rope for a tough workout. Quality is great and the price is very favorable. I also use and love Crossrope so here’s how I would compare Here Rope:Likes:1. Most important is the rope does not tangle2. Length is also adjustable, ordered the medium and cut off about 5” and I’m 5’9”3. The handles have a great turning mechanism for easy crossovers and various movements4. The design is definitely sleek5. 1LB weight makes this a great workoutOpportunities:1. The handles could be contoured to fit the curves of your hands with a bit more grip for better handling2. Adjusting the length requires a small tool sent in the box and wire cutters, you don’t want to lose the small tool, however you may only use it once3. The white rope gets scuffed up pretty easily so don’t expect it to stay super clean for long

The jump rope is top quality!!!! I’ve ordered other jump ropes from different companies, and the quality was not as advertised. Their jump ropes were very flimsy and cheap unlike the HEREROPE jump rope, which is a solid weighted rope. The HEREROPE has a nice solid feel, the handles are comfortable and have a nice grip, and the rope has an inner core that other ropes I purchased don’t have. The company incorporated quality and style when developing this jump rope!I contacted the company with a detailed message about an issue with one of the screws. They responded IMMEDIATLEY and resolved it. Not only did they resolve the issue, they also stated that they would send me extra screws right away. WOW 5 STAR ACROSS BOARD!!!!If you’re thinking about purchasing a jump rope, let this be the only rope you choose. You’ll be impressed!
