Easy Hydration Boost Without Irritation
I’m not someone who does elaborate skincare routines, so sheet masks for me have to be simple and low effort. I tried one of these at night after a long week when my skin felt dry and a little tight from the cold. The mask was well saturated but not dripping everywhere, which I appreciated. It fit my face reasonably well and stayed in place while I moved around instead of having to lie perfectly still.After about 15 to 20 minutes, my skin felt noticeably more hydrated and smoother to the touch. There was a light layer of serum left behind, but it absorbed within a few minutes and didn’t feel sticky. No irritation, no strong fragrance, and no redness afterward. I would not call it a dramatic transformation, but it was a solid moisture boost and an easy way to make my skin feel refreshed without overthinking it.

Ingredient list didn’t inspire confidence
Going off the ingredient list alone, this comes across as a pretty basic sheet mask. There’s nothing obviously harmful in the ingredient list, but the beneficial ingredients don’t inspire much confidence. The only ones worth noting are glycerin and collagen, and collagen is all the way at the end of the list, meaning it’s present in the smallest amount. I wouldn’t expect it to do much in terms of actual skin benefits.There are also added fragrances and preservatives that could irritate sensitive skin. Since these masks are made in China, I didn’t feel comfortable trying them on my own skin, so I can’t speak to how they perform in use.

I ordered the 10-pack of individually packaged Chinese-made IREV brand collagen serum facial masks to add to my skincare routine. I like to use these type of face masks at least once a week. I found these to be soaked in serum so once you get it unfolded it really stays put on your face. I think they have a cool refreshing effect and are pretty much unscented. They were easy to apply and remove. I left it on for about 20 minutes and once removed, rubbed the remaining solution into my face and neck. The ingredients are pretty basic but they do make my skin feel soft and hydrated. I think these are a great value costing just $.65 each at the time of writing this review. Good for when you need a quick personal pampering break from everyday life!

A basic hydrating mask with limited active ingredients
These are perfectly serviceable sheet masks, though not especially exciting. At under $8 for a pack of 10, they’re definitely a budget-friendly option, and the ingredient list reflects that. The formula is very basic and focused mainly on simple hydration rather than powerful active ingredients.The masks themselves are pleasant to use. They feel cooling and soothing on the skin, adhere well, and come saturated with plenty of essence. They are rather large so you may need to cut or fold the edges to properly fit your face. There’s a light “product-y”, perfumey scent, not very strong. They didn’t cause any irritation or breakouts for me.After removing the mask, my skin felt hydrated for a while, but I didn’t notice any dramatic changes after using a few of them. The hydration is temporary, and they leave a slight tacky feeling behind, though it’s not too uncomfortable.One disappointment is that the listing prominently mentions hyaluronic acid, but I don’t see it on the actual ingredient label on the packet. The ingredients overall are very simple, and the collagen they are named for appears at the very bottom of the list.Overall, these are fine for a basic, non-irritating hydration boost and a relaxing self-care moment. The masks themselves have no serious flaws, but I was irritated by the misleading claim that these contain, not only hyaluronic acid, but a particular special type of it, when actually it does not contain any at all.

I’ve been using the IREV collagen facial masks for a couple of weeks now, and wow, what a game-changer for under $8 for 10 sheets! Each mask is soaked in a luxurious, thick serum that feels premium—seriously, way better than some of the more expensive ones I’ve tried.Right after applying one (15–20 minutes is perfect), my skin feels deeply hydrated, plump, and so soft. The collagen essence really sinks in, leaving my face looking smoother, brighter, and more refreshed the next morning. Fine lines around my eyes and forehead appear noticeably softened, and my overall texture feels improved. No irritation at all, even on my sometimes-sensitive skin.

When I think of collagen face masks, I expect collagen to be a main ingredient not something buried at the bottom of the list. This is really just a basic hydrating mask with a handful of humectants, emulsifiers, preservatives, stabilizers, and an antimicrobial booster before you even get to the collagen. Sericin was a nice touch, but I would have liked to see both collagen and sericin higher up in the ingredient list. Not to mention there is zero hyaluronic acid in this, despite the items description.The fragrance smells like any lightly scented “fragrance free” lotion, it reminded me of the white cream lotions that grandparents often keep in little tins.That said, the mask did minimally make my skin feel softer, similar to just using daily moisturizer. If you trim the overly large mask, you can get it to fit properly. You get 10 masks, so it’s costs very little to use a few during a rough week, or it could be a fun idea for a tween to teen spa party.
