Exactly what is described
In my 50’s + 30 lbs., areas on the body get hard to reach. Massaging my hands and feet on the roller feels great after being on my feet for 10 to 12 hrs. The back massager helped my upper back between my shoulder blades. Made from wood, sturdy and it is worth the money.

It’s four pieces of well crafted wooden massage tools. I love the one on the string with the handles because it’s long enough to do my entire back but actually does better than most because it contours to my back. Or whatever, just the back is usually the hardest to get to.The solid rolling pin looking one is great for large areas you can actually reach and put pressure on. It’s got great texture and you can really feel it getting down into the muscle.The brush style one is not my favorite, but it’s nice and it’s also well made. No stars off because me not liking it is subjective. It works, it’s just that it has a rubbery backing that all the nubs fit into and it lets them compress back into it instead of into my muscles.The flat gua sha tool is giant… like, it’s so big, which, in its way, is very useful because you can really dig down into larger muscle groups and get a lot done in a single pass. It’s really just too big for me to comfortably hold, but I have small hands so it would probably work better for someone with larger hands.Everything is nice and smooth with no rough spots or burrs and no splinters. The three tools that are assembled pieces are all put together well and seem sturdy enough for long time use.

So overall these are great items dont get me wrong. The wood feels like it is good quality and durable. It is very easy to use for massage purposes and could help with relieving some muscle pain especially soreness. That being said, the listing shows some grandiose claims which is why im docking quite a few stars. If you are looking for something to help massage your muscles, this kit is pretty nice
