Unsafe product
The grip/ lever warped after a few months. For me to use it I was forced to use a thermal glove to hold it closed; unsafe, difficult to manage and burns waiting to happen. I will not be using an infrared iron or this companies product again.

High quality hair tool
Ordered 2/9/25 and received 3/12/25, but this was certainly worth the wait. It is a big curling iron and when I took it out of the box, I expected it to be heavy. But it’s nicely lightweight for it’s size and a very solid and sturdy tool at the same time. This is a high-quality salon type curling iron that is made with infrared heating technology that, it says, “penetrates hair from the inside out” (not sure what that really means) and locks in moisture. What I do know is that it works incredibly well to create curls and waves and it’s very simple to use. I had less frizz and the curls seemed to last longer b/c my hair can lose a curl in a really short time and these curls stayed almost a full day each time that I’ve used it.For my personal preference, I would like the circumference of the iron to be smaller and give me tighter, smaller curls. However, I have fine and thin hair (mid-length) so I always want more volume and don’t often get it because… well, that’s just the nature of my hair. (Note: Thin hair users should often use 290 or 330 degrees, to better protect the hair.) With this iron, it did successfully make big consistent and beautiful curls. This also resulted in soft, shiny hair because the frizz and fly aways was reduced. That’s a switch I’m happy to have. Any mid- to longer hair length will benefit from a quality curling iron like this and it seems like it’s really built to last. IMO, it’s a 5 star hair tool.

Don’t buy – horrible product!
Horrible cutting iron. The curls were weak and didn’t hold. I’d actually give it zero stars if I could.

Horrible
This product shut off after 5 minutes on 3 attempts. On the fourth attempt, it wouldn’t even turn on. I’m not sure if I had a faulty product. Also, this product left my hair pretty frizzy. This product was returned and I would not recommend this is a list.

super easy to use & better for my hair
I got this K&K 1.5 Inch Professional Infrared Hair Curling Iron to make quick & easy waves & curls in my hair. It arrived in a really nice magnetic box that I plan to keep it in to keep it clean. It’s just the right size to make big beautiful curls & it’s ceramic so it’s better for my hair. It’s super easy to use with just 1 button & 5 different temperature settings. It heats up quickly & has a 60 Min auto shut-off function. It also comes with a free heat resistant glove to keep your hand from getting burnt. It’s just a little too pricey for me. Would Still Recommend. 4 Stars★★★★☆
