Comfortable. I use It under my knees laying down and out between my legs laying on my side. If you ever had back pain than laying on your side is uncomfortable but this pillow helps. It’s not to high so my dog uses it when he lays with me.

Super comfortable! Give the pillow time to expand, and when it does it is a great memory foam pillow to support your knees. I am hoping it helps with sciatic pain.Also some reviews mention the height- I think it is the perfect height for sleeping, but it seems to be different for everyone.

An okay knee pillow speaking from my personal use.
I wanted to love this knee pillow. It came in and I was super excited to try it to help with my sleeping posture. The problem is run into is it just flattens out to easy. That being said I am a heavier guy so maybe that’s the problem, but it should say that. Definitely not a bad product, its just not the right one for me.

The one I received is not branded as “allsetthealth” it has no label tag and very low in height and just looks cheap and smells like its been perfumed. Packaging is also old and dirty.Returned.

It comes vacuum packed and regained its shape just fine within a day or so. I did not notice any odours on it. It’s exactly as expected and is comfortable to use. I’m a short person with short legs and I have no problems with this bolster. I bought this because I had abdominal surgery and must sleep on my back for at least six weeks, but I hate sleeping on my back. A bolster pillow like this under the knees makes sleeping on your back easier, especially if you experience any lower back pain, as it helps the lower back relax better. I would recommend this, the price was right and it works well.
