Daughter loves it. Loves the color changing charm. I actually follow instructions to cut rope to size and strggled. I unscrewed one side and it was easy to cut the rope and put it back together. Just be careful not to drop the inners. I think we struggle to pull the rope hard in case it breaks anything but there's nothing holding it. It just needs a hard tug. Also when pushing the rope in there's nothing it needs to lock too. So if tugging doesn't work, try opening one side and cut rope. My 6 year old daughter was so excited she can finally jump better and there's looping on the rope.
