Very powerful and well made
OK, so this gadget is pretty neat. It is very well-made and is sturdy—made of good quality materials inside and out. This item is rechargeable (is not plugged in during use). There is a timer that goes from either 15, 20 or 30 minutes. On the digital screen it shows battery life, time remaining, timer to set the desired length of time, has 6 settings for the “pressure” you desire, vibration can be on continuous, pulse, or off and the IR (infrared) light can be on or off—and that provides warmth. On the digital screen, there is a picture of a hand in the center which allows you to choose where you want the device to work on: the wrist only, the palm/back of hand/ fingers only, both areas or IR function only(this function has no pressure from the inflatable bags, but IR light only)—these options you can change by touching the picture of the hand and the part that is worked on changes to a blue color and the part not being worked on changes to white. For being battery operated, this unit has a lot of power and I got almost 4 fifteen-minute cycles out of one charge.Two of those cycles were with continuous vibration and IR light and the other two cycle had the continuous vibration but no IR light (the pressure was on my full hand for all 4 cycles), so it has a very decent battery life. I think the IR light may consume more of the battery, so this is something to keep in mind, regarding how often you may need to charge it. I am very impressed with the amount of pressure this thing has too. The “bags” inflate/deflate alternately with more or less pressure, depending on what level (1-6) you choose. The bags have a “pattern” or “texture” on them that will leave imprints on your hands (no big deal, the imprints go away 🙂), which the texture feels nice to me. It takes a few seconds to deflate the bags to remove your hand once it has stopped its cycle. I work on my computer all day for my job, so I thought this unit would be good for my hands. It is very relaxing (I almost fell asleep during one of my sessions ). I’ve only had it for a week, but I think this is a very good option if you are looking for something to help mitigate any issues/discomfort in your hands. There is also a very nice quality bag included for storage. One thing I wish it had was some king of “ball” or something similar that would rotate/move around (perhaps in the palm area) as I think that would make this unit even better. I do recommend this product.

Very good product with lots of features
The build quality is excellent. The materials look and feel nice. The controls are intuitive and have a lot of customization. The pressure that it provides is sufficient to get into deep tissue. The only thing that I ran into with the LX37 was that it can be a bit narrow for a wide palm. I couldn’t quite relax my hand completely as a result. Overall, this product is very good and would fit better for someone with an average palm width.

Tremendous help for Carpal Tunnel!
I have severe carpal tunnel in both wrists. The pain and numbness combo in the mornings (you know what I mean if you have this condition) is absolutely horrible. Im waiting until I can take time off work for the surgery. I was not sure how I was going to get by until then, but this unit has made my days so much better. I spend 5-10 minutes on each hand and wrist in the morning while sipping my coffee and it really helps get the hands working again. The IR heat combined with the rhythmic pressure massage gives me such relief. There are multiple intensity levels and multiple programs. I found one that alternates squeezing my wrist and then my hand and I can’t even describe the relief it brings me. I have very small hands and wrists so I was worried that the massage would not work well on me, but I actually use a medium pressure setting. The higher settings are too strong for me. It also has a nice vibration feature but it does not do much for my particular condition. Still it’s a nice feature to have and I’m sure there are others who will find benefit from it. All in all, I could not be happier with this purchase. I will give a helpful note, though. When I first got it I was having problems with the buttons working. I learned that I needed to use the flat of my finger and not just the fingertip, and the problem was solved. It works great and I’m so happy to have it.

Bringing needed pain relief and comfort
This has been a real gift as I continue to heal from a complex shoulder and arm injury. My hand has needed some TLC given nerve damage. I find that the pressure which is adjustable brings needed comfort and pain relief. I encourage you to consider this product if you’re dealing with hand pain. I also find it has a nice texture and feel. It’s surprisingly sturdy and the battery holds a charge for several run-throughs.
