Fast absorbing magnesium oil spray
This set of two 2 ounce bottles of pure magnesium oil spray are an excellent value. There is no fragrance to speak of. I just spray it on my feet before bed. Magnesium is important, especially as you age. Getting it in a spray form makes it easier to absorb. The bottle size is generous and I have gotten a lot of use out of these bottles. I’ve had an easier time falling asleep. It’s non greasy and works on other parts of the body. Its vegan, gluten free, NON GMO, unscented and highly concentrated. Highly recommend.

I appreciate the glass bottle and natural ingredients. I haven’t noticed a drastic improvement in sleep but I am going to continue using it. Worst case it’s a great way to get more magnesium. Two bottles for $17 is a very competitive price for magnesium oil spray.

I’m perplexed
Maybe it’s just me, maybe it is the type of magnesium..I really do not know.But my normal lotion works better than this. Maybe you need to use a lot of oil , more than I prefer. I found it hard to absorb. I also found the spray method to be very messy and wasteful.I am sorry I really wanted to like this…it’s just not for me.

This is a value 2 pack pure quality natural Magnesium oil spray. Magnesium oil spray consists mainly of magnesium chloride and water, used to deliver Magnesium through the skin for muscle relaxation, pain relief. Magnesium is vital for nerve/muscle function, blood sugar, bone health and protein synthesis. Absorption through the skin bypasses the digestive system and delivering Magnesium directly into the body cells. The direction is not on the bottle but it is on the box. It is to apply 4 sprays which totals 70 mg of elemental magnesium. As a comparison, dosage upper limits of magnesium supplements in tablets is established to be around 270 mg and it is higher since absorption through the digestive system is only 30% to 50%. Oil spray is much more effective; a low dosage is used and results in potential less residual side effects. I have used it in my sole. The oil is very light and consistent; it absorbs really fast and works well with my skin.

Great way to get magnesium
I believe in the power of magnesium for relaxation and good sleep. I’ve taken magnesium gummies and supplements. And I love how they make me feel. I tend to be an anxious person, and magnesium calms me down and makes me feel good. I do have to time it carefully though, because it can make things move along in the digestive sense, if you know what I mean. So I usually like to take magnesium at night before I go to bed.I found this spray and decided to give it a shot. And so far, I love it. It’s working well for me. I’ve been spraying it on my feet at night before bed, and then I put socks on over it. It’s basically salt water. For ingredients, it lists “Magnesium Chloride Brine.” After I spray it, I rub it in a little. And then it feels almost like I just put my feet in the ocean and didn’t rinse them off. I kind of like the feeling. I can definitely feel it on, but it’s not what I would call “sticky.” It just feels slightly tacky–like I put salt water on my body and left it there. That feeling lasts for a while, but then my body absorbs it and the tackiness goes away and my feet feel totally normal. And I don’t notice any smell at all.This set came with two 2-ounce bottles, and I am only on the first bottle. The box says that every spray is approximately 70 mg of magnesium, and one spray per foot seems to be a perfect amount for me. The bottle feels like it will last me a while. Because of that, I feel like the current price of $17.99 (plus the current 10 percent discount) is a fair price for pure magnesium brine.I like this magnesium a lot, and I would recommend it.
