⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Compact, Stable, and Great for Daily Balance Training
The MERACH Balance Board is a fantastic little tool for improving balance, core strength, and stability. It’s compact and lightweight, making it easy to use anywhere : at home, in the office, or even while watching TV. Despite its small size, it feels sturdy and well‑built, with a non‑slip surface that keeps your feet secure.I love how smooth the motion is. It challenges your balance without feeling unsafe, and it’s perfect for beginners as well as more advanced users. It’s also great for ankle strengthening, rehab exercises, or adding a bit of movement to standing‑desk time.Overall, a durable, effective, and space‑saving balance trainer that delivers exactly what it promises. Highly recommended.

    Gets me off the couch!
Quick set up – Light weight. Ready out of the box. The bands connected easily and I was on it in less than a minute. A bit of a “sliding” noise while using it as expected, but not loud or disruptive. So far I’ve been able to use it while I read a book or play a game on my phone (without the bands), or watch TV while using the bands, usually for about 45 minutes. Is it the same as going to the gym? Probably not. BUT I’m moving more (especially during typically lazy activities), I can feel a hint of soreness in multiple muscle groups without it being unbearable or affect my ability to move around the next day, and it gets my heart rate up quickly and maintains it. Easy to get on and off if I need to, and I can make it more difficult or target different areas by adjusting my stance. The tension in the bands is good to just rotate through a few different movements to work upper arms. My husband is 6’4, 260# and got right on with no issues as well (but did use a table while stepping on). I’d suggest having something to hold on to while first using it if balance may be an issue, and wearing athletic shoes makes it more comfortable. Fantastic for the price!

Love this as an easy strengthening tool! But the feet fall off constantly
I use this with my standing desk, so I don’t use the bands. The motion is smooth, it is easy on my joints, but is strengthening my leg and core muscles whether I’m sliding or standing. I don’t know why the feet are removable, but it’s really annoying that they have to be replaced constantly. I will have to super glue them in place, which is why this is a four not a five.

Well Made, and Loved by Kids and Adults!
This is much easier to use than I thought it would be. I have a full house of adults and kids who can’t sit still, so having this in the living room has become a favorite way to stim while being stationary and safe. I don’t really know if it is helping my fitness goals per say though. I feel it a little bit, but we use it more for fun than exercise. It is used by my 30lb 5-year-old daughter, my 250lb husband, and everyone in between. Definitely well-made and sturdy. I may have to buy another one so my kids don’t fight over it!

Good for different movement, easy on joints.
I like it! I’m a runner and do a lot of computer work, so during breaks I hop on for a few minutes. I can do this while I am on a call. I’m not getting my heart rate up crazy, but movement is movement and it’s very quiet. Easy to use. Love the bands. And, since I run, I like the alternative side to side movement. You just need to be realistic that you aren’t going to get FIT just by using this. That takes work-good ol diet and different exercising.

It is portable and works great
It is portable and works great, but I have mixed feelings about this board. It is great for short spurts, but pretty boring for a longer workout. I like to use it for a 3–5-minute sprint interval between lifting and that seems perfect.

    Superb but difficult for beginners
This is absolutely fantastic professional device. It makes your mussels burn like crazy. But you need to have really trained legs to use it. It only on video looks easy. It’s very difficult to perform if you are newcomer to intensive exercises. I am very trained so I can use it around 30 min at once. But even for me it’s really not easy. I also don’t recommend it for people with bad balance cause to fall from it is extremely easy. You need to spread your feet on the edges of the board, as far away from each other as possible, otherwise you can fall.I dont recommend it for beginners. You ll be able to take it just a few minutes, maybe.

    Great for building core strength
First this is a balance board so treat it like a teetor toter. I recommend stepping on it on one side with all your weight and then stabilizing yourself until you get the hang of it. This has worked for me and its fun. You have to find your own groove. It’s light enough to move around and compact to store out id sight. I put it front of the TV and use it while I watch. I started out with 5 minutes a day to start and will build from there. The arm straps can be used as resistance bands and can target different arm muscles in different positions. It is only one weight loss tool and it will take a lot to build a sweat. I want to build strength and also because ankle injury forced me to try something that would less pressure on it then my old stepper machine.
