Finally… a Prenatal Vitamin That Works
I’ve been taking them for a while now and I can actually feel the difference I have more energy, less fatigue, and I just feel better overall. I also love that they use methylated forms, so the vitamins are easier for the body to absorb.The only downside is that the taste is a little strange, but you get used to it. And yes, you have to take three capsules a day, but it’s totally worth it for the results.I’ve continued taking them after pregnancy as well, just in a smaller dose, and they still help a lot. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for something clean, effective, and supportive. Highly recommend!

These have all of the quality vitamins that I need! I found out that I have to take bio available (methylated) folate/b vitamins because of a gene I have and these are exactly what I was looking for! Easy to swallow pills and no taste!

Solid ingredients: methylated folate/B12, great iron form, probiotics, ginger, inositol, etc. Extremely affordable compared to MANY other options.I had labs to check folate and other relevant labs, and was not deficient. If you are iron deficient, you need to follow Iron Protocol because thats the a very important thing I wouldnt rely on a prenatal for.

Amazing For Hair Health!
I ordered these after noticing a significant increase in shedding and thinning around my hairline. My iron levels were at the lowest end of normal, and from research I learned that anywhere below 50-60 can cause or exacerbate hair loss. Within a few weeks I’ve seen far less hair in my brush and shower and my energy levels are high despite my long workdays, hard workouts, and nowhere near enough sleep. I just recently discovered this company and have been massively impressed with the quality and value. I hesitate to leave such positive reviews because I worry that if they blow up they will become unaffordable, but I’m using about six supplements and at 46 I feel more energetic than I did in my 20s! These are the only vitamins I have ever been able to take on an empty stomach without nausea. I do worry that some of the iron will be lost because I take them first thing in the morning and have half a protein shake before my workout, but it seems to be working if the reduced hair clogging my drain is any indicator.

Overall Good Formula But Very Stinky
Thorough Formula, But the Smell Is ToughI’ve spent a lot of time comparing prenatal labels, and overall this one is pretty comprehensive in terms of nutrient coverage.Each serving (3 capsules) provides solid amounts of key prenatal nutrients:- Folate (1,700 mcg DFE as methylfolate) – This exceeds the standard 600 mcg DFE recommendation for pregnancy and uses the activated form, which is a big plus.- Iron (40 mg) – Covers typical pregnancy needs (27 mg recommended), which is helpful since iron needs increase significantly.- Vitamin D3 (50 mcg / 2,000 IU) – Higher than the standard 600 IU recommendation, but still within safe daily limits and beneficial for many women.- Iodine (200 mcg) – Close to the recommended 220 mcg for pregnancy.- Choline (100 mg) – This is one area where it falls short. The recommended intake during pregnancy is 450 mg, so you’d likely need additional choline from diet or a separate supplement.- DHA (50 mg) – Present, but quite low compared to the commonly recommended 200–300 mg daily, so most women would still need a separate DHA supplement.It also includes methylated B vitamins, zinc, selenium, magnesium, probiotics (1 billion CFU), ginger root, and vitamin K2, which makes it feel like a more “complete” formula compared to many basic prenatals.That said… the biggest downside is the smell. The capsules have a very strong, unpleasant odor. If you’re in the first trimester or already dealing with nausea, this could be a real challenge. I personally found the smell noticeable as soon as I opened the bottle, and it lingers. Some women may tolerate it fine, but it’s definitely something to consider.Overall, I appreciate the thoughtful formulation and nutrient levels, but the odor may be a dealbreaker for those with morning sickness. If you’re sensitive to smells during pregnancy, that’s something to keep in mind before purchasing.

Great with no aftertaste
So far so good! They do have a fishy taste when you put them in your mouth but no aftertaste or fishy burps, so that’s great! It has all the vitamins and probiotics I was looking for, the only downside is that it is 3 pills that you need to swallow down. Not too bad for me though.Update: I have been taking these vitamins for 2 months and they are by far the best I’ve ever had! I’ve noticed a great improvement on my overall mood, the way my skin looks, and even my mental agility. These are amazing and will definitely be buying more, highly recommended!

Great quality supplement for women in 50’s
I’m in my 50’s, low energy, premenopausal, deficient in iron and other things that may need to be worked on. I heard that prenatal vitamins is an option as a supplement to help in multiple areas of my needs. I can say it doesn’t upset my stomach when taken because I take it with microingredients collagen powder mixed in my orange juice in the mornings, also taking pumping seed oil capsules and a probiotic. I get most of my supplements from microingredients, so why not my prenatal vitamins. Microingredients have great quality products and is a brand that I trust! I also take their turmeric and beet chews throughout the day. Easy to swallow but has a fishy-like taste but you can’t taste it after you swallow it….lol. So far so good
