Heating pad has 6-level temperature adjustment (104°F–149°F), allowing you to adjust the temperature to your needs. When you use, ensure the control connector on the controller is securely plugged into the pad connector on the heating pad, then plug in the power cord to power on the device.

The heating pad size is 12“ x 24”, it’s great for relaxing neck shoulder back and muscles, warming the abdomen, and relieving menstrual discomfort. It’s easy to carry and use at home, in the office, or while traveling.

Machine Washing:

1. Remove the heating pad from the power and controller before washing.

2. Hand wash or machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle (Do not use bleach, dry clean, or tumble dry).

3. Air dry (hang or lay flat). Allow to dry completely before reuse.

1.How to Use the Heating Pad?

Keep the heating pad flat during use; do not fold it, sit on it, or cover it with blankets or anything; and use the 1-6 hour timer function whenever possible.

2.Usage Method:

It is suggested to start with heating levels 1-2 (104°F-113°F) and gradually increase the heating level, and avoid using level 6 (149°F) for extended periods.

Place the heating pad on top of your body (not underneath) for even warmth.

Check that the connector is securely connected before use. Note whether the indicator light on the controller is flashing during use (a flashing light indicates a loose connection/overheating).

3.Care and Store the Heating Pad:

Before cleaning the heating pad, disconnect the controller (the controller is not washable). Dry the heating pad by hanging or laying it flat.
