Amazing prenatal
The quality ingredients in this prenatal vitamin are excellent. I spent so much time trying to find the perfect prenatal vitamin, and as someone who was severely nauseous and experienced vomiting during their pregnancy, I had a difficult time finding a prenatal that my stomach could handle this vitamin not only helped with my nausea, but it also had high-quality ingredients in it. I felt super comfortable taking this my whole pregnancy. The pills were a little large, but they weren’t difficult to swallow and I experienced no aftertaste. Will definitely be using this in any other pregnancy I have.

These are amazing! I genuinely thought I was no longer pregnant because all my nausea went away immediately after taking this. My urine is a little more yellow I guess because of b6 but I literally feel amazing & all the ingredients are natural!!

They have a strange taste, but I highly recommend them; they provide vitamins and supplements that not all prenatal pills contain, and they worked well for me during the postpartum period as well.

Convenient One-a-Day Prenatal, Just Store Carefully
I used the New Chapter One Daily Prenatal Multivitamin and one of the main reasons I like it is the convenience. I really appreciate that it’s just one pill a day. A lot of pre-natals require multiple pills, which can be annoying to keep up with, so having everything in a single daily tablet makes it much easier to stay consistent.The pill itself is fairly large, but personally I don’t mind swallowing bigger pills, so that hasn’t been an issue for me. I know that might be something to consider for people who struggle with large tablets, but if that doesn’t bother you, it’s pretty straightforward to take.Another thing I like is that it includes methylfolate instead of standard folic acid, which was something I was specifically looking for in a prenatal vitamin. It feels like a well-thought-out formula and gave me confidence while taking it during pregnancy.The one thing I’ve noticed is that storage really matters with these vitamins. If they’re kept somewhere humid or exposed to direct sunlight, they can become sticky. I had a batch where the pills started sticking together and felt a little mushy, which also made the taste a bit strange. Once I realized that, I made sure to store the bottle in a cooler, dry place and that helped prevent the issue.Overall, I like the simplicity of this prenatal and the one-a-day format makes it very easy to keep up with. As long as you store them properly in a dry place away from heat and humidity, they work well and are a convenient prenatal option.

Great absorption
These vitamins have been great throughout pregnancy. They’re easy to swallow with water, which is nice. I feel like they helped my skin and hair to the point I’d like to continue them post partum too. The absorption is good for those that struggle to absorb vitamins.

My favorite prenatal vitamin! This is my second pregnancy taking this supplement and I love it. The pills are on the bigger side but easy for me to swallow and take. I love that it is a pretty clean product and is only one daily pill. I recommend this product to all or my friends that are pregnant because of the benefits.
