I bought this for my daughter for her birthday after she kept mentioning how hard it had been to sleep because of stress headaches. She had previously bought a much more expensive sleep mask, but hated that the straps tangled in her hair and made her face and eyes feel hot and uncomfortable.This mask has honestly been a game changer for her. She says it feels soft, cooling, and calming without being bulky or heavy. The pressure is gentle enough she said it seems to help with her headaches and relaxes her enough to fall asleep wearing it. LOVE this. I lay over my eyes when the hubby still has the light on or is watching TV. So many options. Works for side sleeping or back sleeping. Blocks the light and the perfect amount of weight is relaxing. I like that is has a different fabric on each side. One is a little cooling, one is softer. Great product and seems WELL made.

A comfortable mask for back sleepers
The mask is comfortable on the eyes with soft pressure. I think it’s great for back sleepers but unfortunately I sleep on my side so it’s not so easy to keep it from sliding off because it doesn’t fasten at all.

A must have for better sleep
This is a must have if you have trouble falling asleep at night or are sensitive to light. My fiancé plays games at night and the screen light used to keep me up, but this completely solved that problem. The weighted design also helps keep it in place and prevents me from opening my eyes, so I fall asleep much faster. It’s really comfortable, even when I switch positions throughout the night, and it doesn’t fall off. It’s also easy to wash since I just throw it in with my regular laundry. I’ve been using it for years and recommend it to everyone

Great eye mask!
I love this! It helps me get so relaxed at night and does a fantastic job of blocking out light. It is not slippery at all, or hot either. The color is perfect. It is also not too heavy on the eyes either. I love it for naps and my partner loves it for sleep.My only concern is that I can hear the beads move when my head, but my fiancé doesn’t seem to have any issue with it.

If you’re neurodivergent like me and need ANY SIGN to buy this eye mask, this is it.I’ve tested it for about seven days (edit: over a month and STILL GOING STRONG!) and my sleep has never been better.First, it blocks any and all light. I mean *any and all*. Second, it doesn’t slip off when you use the hook or just lay it over your eyes before you sink into sleep.It doesn’t leave a bump in the back of your head after wearing (curly and Coily girlies, this is huge) and it feels more like a scarf than anything else.Finally? I wear this every night with my earplugs because noise and light are my biggest insomnia triggers. It fits. It feels good. It blocks even more sound out. I feel rested. No signs of wear and tear.10/10 recommend. Please do yourself a favor and purchase this. It’s good for naps, for travel, for long sleeps, for resting, for relaxing — miracles! As a side sleeper this has been a game changer for me, I no longer need to use blockout blinds. Nice and soft, it does slide off but I just put it back on.
