Fuel for the body!
Great product. Delivers the needed electrolytes in a delicious way. The tabs fizz and dissolve super quick and the taste is amazing. No sugar and lots of potassium and magnesium and vitamins to help you when you’re dehydrated or need that extra boost! I use the recommended amount of warm water.

These taste great and offer excellent hydration for athletes and non-athletes alike. I alternate between one tablet per 10 to 20 oz, even up to 30 for typical drinking. I find them to be refreshing and do an excellent job keeping me hydrated after a good workout. Again, all flavors taste great, very soluble quick dissolving and I have no bloating.

I personally don’t mind the fizzy sensation it reminds me of another water insert brand. I’ve had both flavors and enjoyed both flavors they’re subtle not having a fake taste but also add a nice addition. The no sugar flavors don’t taste any different than regular nuun tablets imo.None of the bottles have any broke tablets so I just drop them in my water bottle. Takes up to five minutes to dissolves doesn’t necessarily require any stirring or shaking. They’re easy to travel with and store great.No digestive issues I can use 2 or three tablets in a day and feel just find. As far as adding to hydration I think it is mind over matter, I like be being able to drink water plain sometimes and sometimes I want a seemingly healthy alternative!

Needs added sweetener.
It tastes good if you use Splenda to make it sweet. Otherwise, it’s too sour!

Didn’t like the taste, but…
This product dissolved well but I didn’t care for the taste. My friend loves it so don’t go by my judgment. It did hydrate me better than plain water and I managed to finish it, and I do feel it’s a good product.

very good priduct and convenient to use. Te pack includes two different flavors. Once you drop a tablet, it takes aboit 30 seconds or so to completely dissolve without a need to stir it. It is fun to watch the process!.It is moderately priced compared to other powder form.

Help stay hydrated
As a person with health issues, making sure I grt enough electrolytes throughout the day is important. I especially love the raspberry lemonade, but the wild strawberry is good too. And no fake sugars!!!

Great after a run for re-hydrating
I have just started running again and a friend recommended these, they definitely give me the hydration I need after a run in the texas heat and are very effective, easy to mix and have no side effects.
