Worked great and no foggy morning feeling
These work!! taste great and helped me relax and fall asleep. I woke up to use the restroom and when I returned to bed i went right back to sleep. I didn’t have a foggy feeling when I woke up.

Great vitamin supplement!
I have restless leg syndrome and refuse to take prescription medication because I have serious side effects from it. I take these Magnesium gummies to help before bed & they work incredibly! I am obviously not a doctor or medical professional but I have been taking these for a while now and they work well in relieving the symptoms I have.Such an easy to take chewy vitamin & the flavor is great!

Works great for me. I sleep better. Only complaint i have is the sugar coating. My glucose goes up after taking. Please make a sf one

UPDATE: Even more impressed with these after using longer! I tend to get really bad foot cramps while walking/jogging on my treadmill. I decided to try these as soon as the pain starts and within about an hour those foot cramps go away. Normally there is absolutely nothing that helps and on bad days I just have to push past the agony. I’ve tried normal magnesium supplements, stretching, numerous topical creams, all the OTC pain relievers, new shoes, different socks, insoles, epsom salt soaks, massage, etc etc. This has been 3+ years of trying to find a way to help. This is one of the only things that has given any relief. I’ve tried taking it at the first foot cramp (be that in the am, afternoon, or pm) about 6 times and it has helped every single time. Does it fix it 100%? No but about 90%-95% relief is heavenly for me. The point? If you’re feeling muscle cramps I really feel like you can take these at any time during the day, not just at night. Also the recommended serving size of 4 is way more effective than anything less, thought I’d stretch them by just taking 2 and that did not help as much. Just seriously can’t get over how beneficial these are!Super impressed with these! It’s recommended for me to take magnesium because I’m slightly deficient and therefore end up with leg/foot cramps a lot. I normally take a tablet supplement but those can be rough on my stomach and I have to take those with food (like immediately after a meal). These, however, are very gently on my stomach and I do not need to take them immediately after eating, I’ve been taking them an hour before or up to three hours after eating with no problems. I honestly feel like when I take these after a day of exercising (I try to walk about 12-15 miles a day) that I start feeling my legs, feet, and lower back relax within about 30-60 mins after taking. I also feel more mentally relaxed and find it easier to wind down for the night and can fall asleep easier. These may not work as well for everyone but for me they do work. In general I’m very sensitive to medications and usually deal with some sort of unpleasant side effect but with these I’ve experienced NO NEGATIVE side effects; I’m shocked that at the least I don’t get nauseous but I’m perfectly fine with these. I’m definitely a fan of a lot of the OLLY supplements because they seem to be gentle and come with little to no side effects but seem very effective but in subtle ways, not like a high powered medication effective way, which I appreciate. I’m happy that these are no exception to the great results I get with OLLY supplements! Also these taste AMAZING! Almost like candy but not sickeningly sweet and the texture is great. 100% all around great!

I love all of the olly vitals but especially these magnesium gummies. They taste just like candy! I typically chew four (the recommended dosage) closer to the night time to help me relax and go to bed. I find these gummies are soupy great to help relax.

Big fan of olly but not this product
I’m a big fan of olly products. I’ve found myself to be far more consistent with taking daily vitamins/supplements when I can take them in a gummy form. Primarily I like that I can take the product on an empty stomach without nausea since I’m not a big breakfast person.I suffer from bad migraines and adding magnesium to my daily routine has made a huge difference in my quality of life. I found this olly brand of magnesium met my supplement need as I didn’t have migraine flare up when I switched to this product but I did end up changing back to a swallowed pill for a few reasons:1. A lot of sugar. Not all olly products have an additional sugar coating on the outside of the product and I was disappointed that this one did. I already take an olly everyday chewable vitamin and I don’t need to start my day with 10 grams of sugar just from my vitamin supplements. I ended up running these gummies under water in my sink to try and remove excess sugar before eating them.2. The texture of these gummies was more grainy than other olly products I’ve had. I did not enjoy the mouth feel for how these dissolved in my mouth and also felt they stuck to my teeth more than other olly products.3. Large daily dose and only 15 days worth of product. The serving size for this product is 4 gummies. I am more accustomed to olly products being a 1-2 gummies per serving so I was surprised when it said 4 daily and only had 2 weeks worth of product for the price point. As I take this product to prevent migraines it’s an everyday supplement which made this product a high price point compared to other brands.
