I was pleasantly surprised
I read the reviews after I got my order 🫣yesterday. It’s sweet.. which was unexpected. I made it in a regular cup with 8 oz of milk (stirred with a fork) it has a slight thickness to it alone but haven’t tried it with fruit yet. It’s easy to clean with 20 grams of protein to keep you fuller longer depending what you eat with it. It’s easy to use and sometimes I add two shots of decaf and it’s like a Starbucks latte🤌🏾. I will be getting this from now on!🥰It smells heavenly to me .. like a hint of maple syrup or birthday cake and tasted delicious!! It’s not gritty and has no after taste. My teens liked it as well which is shocking lol. The container was pretty full. I have had no digestive issues.

Great Protein meal or snack!
It’s great! I’m allergic to cow’s milk, so almond milk is my go to with OWYN. It tastes good, no clumping, it’s not thick & clumpy, if it is just add more milk or if you prefer water, it doesn’t make me gassy. It’s a great meal or snack, add you favorite fruit too! Enjoy!!! Great protein that we need!

Pretty good taste; blends very well with cocoa powder
I bought this protein powder in the hopes that I could get back into smoothies. I didn’t want to go the milk protein route because of GI issues that can give me (depends on the brand as to how much), so I tried this. The flavor is actually pretty good, it blends well and it doesn’t feel chalky. My main complaint with it is how sickly sweet it is. I actually prefer chocolate flavor, so I put 7 ounces of unsweetened cocoa powder into the container and shook vigorously until the cocoa was evenly mixed throughout the powder. It tastes amazing and it cut down on the overly sweet issue a good bit. (I do have to put a bit more water into the mix because cocoa powder sucks up huge amounts of liquid.)I will definitely keep buying this on a subscription basis. It does what it’s supposed to do, doesn’t taste weird or chemical, and I can turn it into a chocolate drink easily.

Yuck
It smells bad and it’s grainy and tastes awful. I don’t like to be negative but this was the worst protein powder I’ve ever gotten and the first I’ve thrown out.

Quality is good, quantity not so much
I really like this brand and have bought their pre-mixed shakes for a while now. It’s good stuff that helps balance out my diet and it doesn’t have that weird synthetic taste of lot of other replacement shakes do. I figured I’d try their powder since it’s gotta be more economical but the thing showed up over half empty! I took that picture after opening it. I couldn’t believe it! The actual powder itself is still really good and I use it in some foods and in shakes and such. I’m just really disappointed in how little came with the jar of it’s size, like c’mon…

Great for Vegetarians
This protein powder is fantastic! Every morning I make a smoothie with 2 scoops of this powder in vanilla , PB2 powder, flax seeds, frozen banana slices and frozen strawberries with vanilla almond milk. I’m on a GLP1 so the protein is needed and as a vegetarian I need something that meets that criteria. It’s not gritty once blended. Taste delicious. 😋

The BEST vanilla vegan protein powder on the market
I meant to write this review sooner so Owyn, please forgive me 🙂 I found out about Owyn through one of their influencer partnerships (Serena Kerrigan what’s good) advertising their on the go protein shakes. I’m not a huge fan, I like making my own at home. What I did love is that it was free of the top 8 allergens, one being NUTS! I have a moderate nut allergy and the amount of protein bars and shakes that have nuts/nut butters etc is probably 95% of them. I started buying their delicious protein bars without being scared of getting an allergic reaction or not reading the label correctly. I love what the brand is doing and I will continue to support them!Onto the powder, I loved the protein bars so much and the protein powder had very similar ingredients. The powder is very smooth, easy to dissolve and blend with and I have a few pointers on getting the perfect protein shake. One thing, I don’t love monk fruit extract (used to sweeten) and notice it just has a VERY strong taste and one that I personally think is a bit strong. My recipe combats that so it isn’t overpowering. The ingredients are clean and I feel confident using their brand. The vanilla flavor is very versatile: bake, shakes, oatmeal etc.I like my shakes not too sweet and they need be a color I can stand looking at (no more weird brown or gray shakes for me… I find that it’s hard for me to want to drink them lol!)Berry shake (Go-to, doesn’t taste overly sweet and isn’t overly “milky” if you will, I prefer to use majority water to cut the excess calories)2 scoops protein powder1- 1 1/2 cup of water (more or less depending on how much shake you want)1/4 cup milk (I use oat)1 1/2 cups of frozen raspberries1/2 a banana (if you need the added calories/vitamins/fullness)4-5 ice cubesGreen smoothie (fancy, easy way to get your greens in. I do feel like the powder overpowers this one so the vanilla/monk fruit taste is much stronger than the berry one)2 scoops protein powder1 – 1 1/2 cups water1/4 cup of milk1 cup of frozen mango1 cup of spinach1/2 banana (if you want)3-5 ice cubesBlend and enjoy and keep supporting Owyn! I do try to buy from the website or from local retailers vs Amazon and whole foods when I can.

Be Sure You Order the Correct Powder
This protein powder (OWYN Only What You Need Dairy Free Protein Powder with 20g Protein, Probiotics, Superfoods Greens, Pea, Chia and Pumpkin Seed Blend (Smooth Vanilla)) has a funky taste. It tastes and smells more like butterscotch than vanilla.I like OWYN’s premixed shakes and I decided to try this powder. This first issue is that multiple powders, which are separate products, are being sold under one listing. This is incorrect and possibly an attempt to game the ratings. Because products are listed as variations, I accidentally bought the wrong powder. This powder mixes well. The taste isn’t awful, it’s just strange. Many nutritionists question the nutritional value of adding powdered greens and superfoods to your diet. While I won’t buy this powder again I willl try a different type and try see if that’s better. I will continue to buy OWYN’s premixed shakes.

It functioned, mostly. Terrible taste. The shaker didn’t like it. Not again.

Has a really strange taste and huge container used to package. Only about half full. Does fill you up though and is gluten free.
