I love everything about these bento bowls and tote bag. My lunches are more enjoyable now knowing I’m not eating micro plastic. These are both practical and adorable. Only thing I don’t like is the difficulty of cleaning the vent hole if food were to get stuck there. I’m careful so as to avoid doing that.

Practical and Convenient Lunch Box With 3 Separate Containers
This is a four piece tower version of the Bento Boxes so popular now. They stack one on top of the other and fit securely in the zippered insulated bag. They say it is three pieces but the insulated bag has to be included in the count. I bought mine in sage green. The lid of the bag has a carrying handle, a zipper for easy access, and a pocket on the side for the metal fork and spoon, included. The bag stands about 9.5 inches tall and about 5.5 inches wide.Inside are three separate lidded containers. The container shells are in PBA free, durable plastic with screw on lids, a hole to vent, if desired and a handle. Inside, there is a glass bowl for your food. To those of us who used to take lunches to school in lunchboxes with glass thermoses, we know that glass is a great insulator. These bowls are removable so bear that in mind when using the bento box. Two containers are 15 ounces and one is 22 ounces. They are microwavable (this is where the vent comes into play) Because they are separate containers, food doesn’t mix or spill, and you can have cold and hot food for lunch.These are dishwasher safe but if you are eating this in a lunchroom with running water, I would rinse and dry them right after eating.There are clear benefits to having a lunch box like this. However, I see small problems. I have worked in the largest corporations down to one man operations and when it comes to lunchrooms, space is at a premium. I think having a small bento box with compartments would work better there. Also if someone eats at a construction site, for instance, space could be at a premium to have three separate containers.In its favor is the separate containers that provide more opportunities for healthy eating with cold fruit and salads to balance the hot meal. I like that glass, rather than plastic touches your food. That glass does make it not recommended for children.I think both have their places in the home and work place. This one also can go to small potlucks and picnics easily.In today’s constant on the go world, I think there is a place for all different bento boxes.

I absolutely love this glass portable bento box. As of late I’ve been trying to make more Holistic choices ,the things I eat and what I used and put into my body that’s why when I saw that they had a glass option to carry my luncheon. I was ecstatic and had to jump on an immediately.My only concern all this time has been, but what of the glass breaks and how can you have glass containers yet be portable?But this company has the ingenious idea of not only giving me glass, but also having that glass being held inside of a rubber container excellent quality and I just love the design.It is so cute you carry this tube, which actually takes a lot less space very easy to pack And gives me like a nice little chic feel when I’m carrying my lunch a great value for your dollar and I keep getting people asking me where I got it from. I really love this little lunch bento box although keep in mind it’s not very large so I wouldn’t plan on packing All of last nights leftovers, but it does give you good size portions, and all three of the containers, and like I said, I love that you have the safety of it being case inside of a rubber container that you can take out when you’re microwaving and when you’re ready to eat without being afraid of it breaking .I highly recommend you picking this up. It’ll be the top of the lunchroom.

First appearance attractive – I’d give 4 stars for the neutral colors. But the love affair ends quickly:- zippers stick- threads coming undone- flimsy glass bowls- no insulation other than what the fabric promises to offer- double walled plastic bowls have zero insulationCooled down my lunch in two hours flat while my Zojirushi water came boiling hot to steam dumplings.

Compact bento boxes with vent pops for cooling or microwaving!
These are really neat and easy to travel with! The plastic that the glass bowls sit in make it really sturdy and not easily breakable. I’ve been trying to watch my potion sizes and these really help with that. The plastic lids have a little top on them that you can pop to vent your food for microwaving or cooling too!The fork and spoon holder on the back is a little flimsy but it does the trick if you’re only going from point A to B. If you’re hiking I would say you should tuck them into the main compartment so they don’t get tossed around.I love the color and the compact version of the “bento” style too! Worth the money for sure.
