Can do so much more yoga poses with this set!
Love this set … the knee pads were perfect to keep me on my knees longer! I can do more positions with the blocks as well. I definitely recommend this kit and seller.

Great for wrist problems!
I always struggled to do planks due to arthritis issues at the base of my thumb. It was impossible to bend my wrist at a ninety degree angle. These blocks made all the difference for me. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Useful for elderly “get up from couch” assist
These are great. They fit your hand from the side or top very well. So comfortable. We use them to be a virtual arm rest. We push on it to get up from the couch so we can use both arms to assist us in getting up.

Wrist saver for sure! Will need 3 days in the air to let the plastic smell dissipate, but it does.Wish I could buy them by themselves. I don’t use, or like the additional items (belt/kneepads). They just make it even more expensive.

Excellent fit
There are several blocks out there that offer ergonomic grip and I tried a couple, but these are a clear winner and I found them the most comfortable to use. Took black this time as the lighter color will get dirty over time.Just started with those and will adjust review as needed, but so far they are great!
