Sturdy, decent bounce and good use
This is a great option if you’re looking for a relatively lightweight med ball that has good bounce. We can use this for lateral and overhead training as well as slams and carries. It seems to be holding up pretty well so far after a few weeks of use and for the price I think is worth it.

The color coding is terrific, as well, since I can just grab and go with the weight I need without having to roll the balls around to eye the label. Eager to get the whole collection soon.

It’s okay depending on your intended use
The 14lb medicine ball from ProsourceFit:~PRO’S~Cheaper than most other brands.It’s a LARGER medicine ball which fits my intended use.The other balls from ProsourceFit seem to be the same size regardless of how much they weigh and this works for me (if you like the larger sizes).~CONS~My particular 14lb ball from ProsourceFit IS NOT balanced very well. I’ll describe it as “lopsided”.I have concerns about the stitching. It doesn’t appear like it will very durable judging from the craftsmanship, however, I’ve only used this item few times.*I have another 25lb medicine ball from another company I purchased here on Amazon. It is $20 more but it’s made very well, and well balanced.If you’re looking for a LARGE ball, go with the ProsourceFit ball. If you’re looking for professional quality, go with another brand. This truly is a “get what you pay for” ball.I use these waited balls for “explosive” type exercises, but I wouldn’t used this for slamming into the ground or a wall.

Great quality
If you’ve ever used a medicine ball for CrossFit, otherwise known as a wall ball, then you know what you’re getting. It’s in great shape one of the arrived, the weight is just as you’d expect, it’s nice and smooth, so the grip is not grippy yet, no weird smells and the size of what you’d expect it to be. I’m glad I bought it.

Hyrox wall ball training ball. Wanted a 6kg as that’s the race weight but this was 6.8kg which I thought I’d try as very good price. Actually turned out the perfect purchase as its great to train with a slightly heavier ball then go race with a lighter one. Very well made and good balance which doesn’t seem like a big issue till you pick up a cheap ball where the weight isn’t central in the ball and realise how awkward it feels when it’s wrong
