Perfect exercise ball for light at-home workouts
I purchased this when I started doing physical therapy so I could do my at home workouts. This weighted medicine ball is the perfect size and weight for light at home workouts. I definitely recommend!

Improve your strength and balance, safety with few simple exercises with this ball.
Having had major surgery that requires a lot of physical therapy, I purchased this ball to assist with balance and strengthening at home. It arrived quickly, the right size (4 pounds) and is easily stored in my small home. I love having the option of doing the exercises at home to build my strength. I can work this exercise for a few minutes every day and the few minutes I use the ball has quickly helped me to improve my balance!

I’m Finally Going to Get In Shape!
This 12 pound medicine ball is the perfect size and weight for my workout needs. It’s a high quality product that was delivered quickly. I’ll likely buy another medicine ball like this one (but heavier) to add more weight to my workouts. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to add a little fun to their workout routine…or really to anyone at all who is looking for a good medicine ball. A+

Good option for smaler diameter ball
I really like that they keep this thing at the 9″ diameter. So many makers jump up to a 12″ ball at this weight. This isn’t a slam ball. I want something smaller i can manuever overhead. I like it.

Good gripping medicine ball
A medicine ball that has rough area on the ball for increased gripping. The size and weight is very good. Perfect for core strength and stretching.

Excellent
Very durable… They’ve lasted for a few years. I would recommend not to use them as slam balls a whole lot. You can once in a while.

Nice
This is a nice work out ball; not too heavy or too big.

Excellent for Russian twists. Grippy enough that it doesn’t slip out of my hands.

The quality of this ball is very very bad! It was broken after 2 months of training so I have to spend another 60 EUR on new one (
