This works really well for me when I wake up in the night with leg cramps. I just rub it in and within minutes the cramping is relieved. Not greasy and absorbs well.

The best spray money can buy
I complained of knee pain with a friend and she recommended the magnesium spray. I can truly tell that this spray actually works. I apply at night on my feet, neck and my pain goes away. I had, yes in the past, lost a of pain on my feet and the difference is enormous. True story: I love to travel and went to Paris and at the end of the day, I was crying of pain. I started applying the magnesium on my feet. After like a year or less, went to Barcelona and Portugal and waked miles per day without pain. This is how good magnesium is. But consistency is the key. Also, it will help you to sleep better.

I got this for myself and a friend. I’m personally not sure if it works or not. It does seem to tingle a little but not the stinging that others mention and it wasn’t debilitating ir distressing. So, maybe it’s doing something…just can’t say what. I’ll keep using it but probably won’t purchase again after it’s gone.

The size is small, so it’s easy to carry in a bag or take on a trip which helps with being able to apply it consistently. The magnesium oil spray is made with natural and organic ingredients, and is made in the USA and is TSA approved, so you can bring it during trips and not worry about it being confiscated.I mainly used this spray at night to help me relax and sleep better. After spraying it on my skin, it dried pretty quickly and didn’t feel too greasy. My main focus was on how it feels on the skin and whether it’s comfortable enough for regular use.The application is simple, and the spray mechanism works fine, but the texture on the skin is where this product fell short for me. Even though it’s marketed as having less sting or itch, the overall sensation felt strange and unpleasant. I use magnesium for leg cramps and muscle tightness after teaching dance classes. I have only been using this spray for a week, and so far, I am already noticing a difference and am happy with the results.I have been applying two or three sprays to the soles of my feet about 45 minutes before going to bed. Once sprayed, I just massage into the skin. I then put on a pair of socks so that I don’t get any residue on my sheets. I then usually give a spray or two to my lower back which helps with soreness and tension that I sometimes have. It only takes about a minute to dry after spraying and there is no greasy or sticky residue left on the skin.I like the fact that this is a topical spray as absorbing it through the skin is much more effective. The spray nozzle works well, spraying with a clean and light mist. I have not had any issues with the nozzle getting clogged or any leakage when I turn the bottle upside down to spray my back. I also really appreciate that this is unscented as I prefer to use non perfumed products.I also have chronic insomnia and this has been helping me to get a deeper sleep and I feel more rested when I wake up. Both my sleep issues and my muscle tightness and tension have been better since I started using this on a nightly basis.My husband also has been trying this magnesium as he gets a lot of charley horses/muscle spasms in his legs during the night. He adds two or three sprays to a cream that he uses and mixes it together before applying to his calves. On average, he gets these spasms two or three times a week, but since using this spray, he has only had one spasm, and said it wasn’t as severe as he usually gets and it didn’t last as long.This is the perfect size for travelling and will be handy to have on hand when I go dance events. After a long day of being on my feet, it’s good to know that I will have something that will bring welcome relief at the end of the day, plus help me sleep better. Since my husband and I will both likely continue to use it, this size won’t last long, but thankfully it comes in larger sizes which will also be more cost effective.

I have tried magnesium in capsule form in the past to help with sleep but never saw much of a difference. Thus, I was intrigued to try this topical oil, as I do understand that absorption through the skin is much more effective. I have been spraying it on my wrists and inner forearms at bedtime and I can frankly say, it makes a difference. What I didn’t realise it that it would also help with muscle pain. I have started using it on the back of my neck which is is tight and uncorftable almost all the time due to staring at screens so much during the day. I am very pleasantly surprised that it is making a difference. It relaxes the tightness in my neck and relaxes me at the same time. Both benefits combined result in a much better quality sleep. The bottle warns that the oil may cause tingling when applied if your body is short of magnesium. The first time of used it, I felt a very slight tingle, but that has since disappeared. The directions also say it’s best to spray it on your skin and allow it to air dry. However, the spray is not fine enough to do that. It comes out more like a stream and sits on top of my skin in beads or drips off if I do not rub it in. I have taken to rubbing it in with my wrist so that it is all going into my body. Overall, I am very pleased with this magnesium oil. I love the travel size because I can keep it with me if I am feeling any muscle tightness during the day. A great thing to have on hand at all times, especially bedtime!

I love this travel size magnesium spray. I like to use the oil before going to bed and I think it helps with my sleep. It works to give me a sense of relaxation and feels smooth on my skin. It doesn’t have a scent that lingers or is bothersome. It absorbs into my skin and doesn’t run off onto my sheets. I think it is a good value for the money.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Wow. I love it.⭐⭐⭐⭐ = This is pretty great.⭐⭐⭐ = It’s okay but I don’t love it. Someone might like it.⭐⭐ = Not great. Best to avoid. IMO⭐ = Nope. This is bad.
