Not New as Expected – Inspect Before Use
I ordered this expecting a brand-new product, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. After opening the package, I inspected the device to make sure everything was working properly. When I looked closely at the prongs, I noticed some kind of residue that appeared to be dried product.Given the 5-star rating, I trusted I would receive a clean, new device, so this was very disappointing & completelygrossed out. I would strongly recommend others inspect their item carefully before using it.Also some oil was in the box which I didnt see in the product description.
