A long, detailed & HONEST review. I’m literally SHOCKED by this set!
⭐️ARRIVAL & UNBOXING⭐️This set arrived super quick.All 4 bands were neatly/carefully folded and packed side by side in a thick, vacuum sealed bag. The bag was then packed in a plain white box. Thanks to the packaging, this set of bands arrived in pristine condition. There were no stains, signs of soiling or use and there was no discoloration or fading. There were no unfortunate or unpleasant odors upon arrival and the bands weren’t snagged, pulled or stretched out/lame upon arrival. Also included was a small instruction booklet included that had notes for care and use, as well as some exercise tips as well. There’s also a small, drawstring mesh bag included as well, complete with a sliding toggle lock that keeps the bag closed. All 4 bands fit inside- making it a perfect storage/transport bag that doesn’t take up a ton of space.⭐️BAND SPECS & MATERIAL⭐️When laid flat, each band measures 11.5” long x 3” wide and roughly 3mm thick (these aren’t thin, cheap or wimpy bands!).The material on the outside is soft and silky, but while it feels delicate, the material isn’t easily pulled or snagged and I haven’t had any issues with pilling either (even with the bands going in and out of the mesh storage bag- that is a bit rough). The colors are deep and pigmented, with a rich, even saturation of color- even when stretched. They don’t get sweat/water marks and are incredibly easy to clean.⭐️REVERSE SIDE OF THE BANDS⭐️The reverse side of the band is perfect!Before I go into detail I want to mention that I’ve purchased 6 or 7 sets of resistance bands off this platform (not from this specific seller) in the past, all under $15. THIS set is the ONLY one that had a proper reverse side!You see, while it’s fine and dandy for the outside of the band to be soft and silky, you definitely don’t want that for the inside of the bands because they slip and slide all over instead of staying put so you can get a proper workout. That said, I was thrilled when I flipped these around. On the inside each band, there are 5 lines that span the entire length of the band. 3 of those lines are .3” wide and are a complimentary color of the band, made of thread. In-between those lines though lies the key to a good resistance band- grippy stuff! There are 2 lines that are .5” wide, made with a rubbery/grippy material.While the inside isn’t covered in grippy material, the two strips that are here do their job well. The bands stay in place, without as much as a 1mm shift in position, when they are worn over clothing. Even better, the grippy material is friendly on the skin too. These won’t slide around on sweat, they don’t pinch the skin and they don’t aggravate my sensitive skin either. Plus, since the full band isn’t covered in grip, it’s very easy to get these on, in place and off.It’s absolutely insane that there are a TON of other bands floating around this platform that don’t have any grip. It seems like anything under the $15 price point skips over that very important and necessary part. I can’t tell you how thrilled I am that this set has the grip- especially considering the incredibly affordable price!⭐️QUALITY & CONSTRUCTION⭐️There is a 1” wide, soft but durable and flexible nylon strip that covers the seam of each band. On the front of the band, there is a 2.25” x .75” silk tag/patch sewn on top of the nylon seam. These patches are branded (branding= better quality! Brands aren’t going to put their name on junk!) and also contain the amount of resistance (in lbs) and a word (light, medium, strong and heroic) rating the resistance per band as well. These patches look nice and they are helpful too, but the thing that’s most important to me (I’m a total quality snob/psycho with extremely high expectations and standards. I don’t settle for, nor am I amused by sub-par quality) is that the patches, the seams and the bands as a whole are well made.The nylon strips that cover the seams are all securely attached- sewn down with clean and even stitching all around the perimeter. The patches don’t overlap, so they aren’t bulky, but the ends are lined up perfect, so they don’t look wonky or crooked. The silk tags sewn on top of them are securely attached as well, with clean and even stitching. You won’t find any rogue threads, any tripled over stitching/jumbles of messy stitches and there are no long or improperly clipped thread ends either.So not only do the nylon strips save us from having a hard seam of material being jammed into our skin/body, the construction as a whole is clean, strong and flawless.⭐️VALUE & FINAL THOUGHTS⭐️This set of bands is comfortable and easy to use, and they definitely deliver results too! These are just as good as my set from a well known (and ridiculously expensive) brand.These are 10,000x better than the bands that are all rubber (like giant, thick rubber bands). Don’t waste your money on those- trust me. They are grippy, yes, but totally uncomfortable and they wear down quick. Here you have the soft material and the grip, and these don’t break!I absolutely love the variety in resistance here, and there is a very clear difference between them too.These have been used daily over the last 6 weeks, and I think my daughter has been using them as well. Cheaper/lesser quality bands would have started to stretch out and get weak by now, but these still look and feel exactly like they did on the very first use! The grippy stuff on the inside isn’t lifting or peeling (at all!) either. Not only is this set well made, but it’s made to last too!I’m honestly SHOCKED that this set of 4 (with a bag) is only $9! This is possibly the best deal on all of Amazon right now! For real! There’s usually always something with the bands under $15- they are uncomfortable to use due to the material, they don’t have any grip so they slide around, they end up stretching out/wearing down after a few weeks…I’ve seen it all. The fact that I, a total quality snob, literally can’t find a single issue with these bands is crazy! Especially because they are only $9!This set is a TOTAL WIN!If you already use resistance bands and would like a second set for whatever reason- here you go!If you are getting into resistance training or just want to get a bit of extra exercise (you can literally use these sitting in a chair! On your arms or legs!), then do NOT pass up this set!

A Huge Upgrade From Thin Silicone Bands — These Are Built to Last
After going through countless sets of those thin silicone resistance bands (the ones that roll up, pinch your skin, dry out, and eventually tear) I finally switched to this Bourid fabric resistance band set, and the difference is night and day.
