Great for home workouts, very versatile
I’ve been using these resistance bands for a few days now and I really like them. The different resistance levels make it easy to adjust depending on the workout, whether I want something light or more intense. The handles are comfortable and feel secure, which is important when you’re pulling with force.Only thing is you have to make sure you attach them properly before using, just to be safe. Overall, great value for the price and very practical.

I bought the 8-tube figure 8 adjustable exercise band Because of positive reviews about the durability. Prior to first use I attached all tubes which was a mistake because only an Olympic weightlifter could stretch them, so I wound up removing all but four which provides mote stress than the 18″ Kuittra bands I have been using my point being that they can be adjusted to any stress level required and even if one of the tubes eventually breaks I have four unused tubes to replace it with making it cheaper than the Kuittra bands that eventually break.
