Comfortable and useful
I had all my teeth pulled, 22 teeth at once. This product was a lifesaver! It has to velcro straps that goes around the back of the head & 1 around the back of the neck to keep it in position. Its light weight so it doesn’t cause any discomfort. It comes with 2 silicone masks to wear underneath the mask itself if you need it. I loved this. Its also good if I have a migraine headache. You can put it in the freezer or warm it up..either one. Very nice and affordable

Instant relief
This is my second mask. I love using this with my rosacea flare ups. The only downside is it doesn’t cover the whole face. The sides of my face are left exposed but it’s super soft and definitely helps calm down any discomfort.

Weird fit
I found the silicon masks to be a really awkward size. They didn’t quite fit right over my ears. I only used it once, and haven’t tried them again. The purple beads mask is nice and cooling. I have used that when having a headache.

I have a large(ish) face and both the cooling mask and silicone masks fit well. However, I must say that the mouth hole on the cooling mask is rather small, so if the mask slides down at all it is at risk of covering the mouth, so I do not recommend falling asleep with it on. I tend to wear it for up to 30 minutes in the morning or after a shower. The silicone masks, on the other hand, stay in place much better and do a great job securing sheet masks, serums, and creams in place while you are awake or asleep. I use the silicone masks daily for skincare and simply rinse them with hot water and hang them to dry.

Terrible Heavy Mask no silicone
Returning item. This is not Silicone, it is a heavy material, and how do you wash it? The side for cooling doesn’t work well.
