These are fantastic to learn (or remember how) to skate. My 8yo got into it, so I (38) figured it could be something we could do together and be active. They're very comfortable and roll nicely on smooth surfaces, like the rink. However, not so great for carpeted areas or rolling outside. I ended up changing the wheels and bearings out so I could skate sidewalks, paved trails, courts, etc. Super fun!! Highly recommend.
I got these to challenge my daughters who wont go outside and skateboard as much lately. Wow, I was surprised at how long it took them to get used to the really loose wheels. ABEC 1 skates, and their skateboards roll more slowly with ABEC 5 bearings. Im happy to see it scared them just a little bit and they enjoy the challenge. They practice in the house sometimes and have to stay on semi flat ground outside, but they see the potential and they love the challenge. Sizes are true. Kids are 15 and 17 years old. Loved the color and fit. Although the tongue on one of them made them a little sore until broken in. Stable durable hardware.
These are so fabulous. They slate so smoothly and have the cushion up around the ankle of the shoe. The trucks are tight yet there is this awesome flexibility. Really good skates and beautiful just like the color in the pictures. I would say that you may want to get some waxed laces. The ones in them are pretty and they work okay but the waxed I think would maybe just hold a little better. But I would give them 5 stars for sure. Just take a little more practice with stability due to the awesome flexibility. They are super fast and the wheels seem to be good quality! I will definitely be having fun with these skates!!!

I put a bitta WD-40 when I got em out the box so when I hit the streets felt great my roll was so smooth even tho I’m going through alley ways sometimes! These wheels are better then my hybrid wheels (outdoor&indoor) my only problem was I had to switch the toe stop because the one that came with it was too stiff or maybe I wasn’t used to it but either way it wasn’t comfortable for my liking so I changed it but everyone’s different & I like what I’m used to.

Seem like they would be the $300 speed skates, but only paid around $55
