Good quality skate, recommend this brand for wide feet. Many reviews claim these boots run small, but don't be fooled by the initial tight, toe-crunching feel. Right out of the box my toes were painfully tight. I usually wear a women’s 9 US/39 EU. I got a size 8; after 2 rides, I added the footboard sizer for a snugger fit & Luminous wheels for visibility at night. To get an accurate fit, remove the liner from the plastic shell; slide your bare foot into the empty plastic shell so your toes touch the front. You have the right size if you have a two-finger gap between your heel and the back of the boot. The padded liners compress significantly. A few rides will break them in and they will feel much roomier. If they feel perfect & comfy on day one, they will likely become too large and sloppy once they break in.

Nice
Ordered these as a gift. I did a lot of research before ordering since I’ve only purchased hockey skates and aggressive inline roces in the 90s haha! Old people problems. I was pleasantly surprised to see rollerblade as a brand, still going strong. When I unboxed the skates to check them out they were beautiful. The weight seems nice and even, they feel built to last. The colors are cute!. Took them over to gift them and they fit well and she said the padding felt really good too. The wheels all spun smoothly. Im glad I went with these, for the price I think it was the best option. Happy with my purchase.

Comfortable!
These are GREAT! Glide is smooth. Fits my wide toes- comfortable boot. I’ll get many miles out of these and hope to learn a few new tricks.

Great pair of skates!
Really great pair of inline skates if you’re on more of a budget! Very good quality and solid. A lot of reviews say that they are way too small, but you need to actually take the liner out of the plastic shell and see how your foot fits. If there’s around a 2 finger gap between your heel and the back of the boot while your toes are pressed against the end, and you still have a centimeter or two around the width of your foot, it will be okay. The liners break in a lot and it will feel more roomy after a few hours of use. Wear thin socks too. You want a snug fit so it’s important to make sure they fit well AFTER the break in period, or else you’re going to end up with a massive boot that doesn’t fit!

Amazing Beginner Option
Loving these! I am just learning to rollerblade and after buying a Rollerblades soft boot option in store, and trying 3 other soft boots from other brands/online purchases, this is the winner! The hard boot style truly gives better control and fit. I have very wide feet and there is room to spare in the toe box. The laces are long enough to loop around the ankle and the adjustable straps have many options to ensure best fit. I am usually a size 8.5-9 in shoes and opted for the 9-9.5 size. They’re perfect. I can’t wait to break them in further.

comfort, stylish design, and performance
The Rollerblade Lightning Women’s Urban Inline Skates are a fantastic choice for urban adventures! Their white/aqua design is super stylish, and the memory buckle system ensures a snug, easy fit. With 80mm wheels and SG7 bearings, they offer smooth, controlled rides for commuting or casual skating. The padded liner and ventilated shell keep feet comfy and cool all day.

Great sturdy beginner skates
Great skates for a relative beginner. Sizing is tricky though! I had to order multiple sizes to figure it out, but the tighter fitting ones were best. Also some quality control issues with the used ones, but nothing crazy. Good return policy. These are awesome for the price.

48 and can skate
My husband and I decided to take up rollerblading in our late 40’s. He just turned 50 and I’ll be 49.We both bought a cheaper pair to try first. I used to skate and play roller hockey so I had a few years of skating back in my 20’s. Picking it up again after 20 years wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be either. We both loved skating and after watching several YouTube videos we both bought better skates.I saw great reviews for these and decided to get a pair. Worse case I hate them and send them back.Well, I love these skates. They’re stable, fit true to size and even come with inserts too.I love the feel and the memory straps. I noticed a huge difference in the way I moved in these and felt much more stable with a hard shell boot. The wheels had a better feel and did not feel the cracks in pavement. I gained better control and confidence. Even on rougher surfaces they had a good feel and did not have that after skate jittery feel like the cheaper ones had.Overall a great skate, only thing I don’t like are the long laces but that’s an easy switch.
