A GREAT WAY TO EXERCISE!
I’m a real newbie on these but are they FUN. Lots of YouTube instructional videos to help you along. But go easy. This is WORK.I particularly like the little side handles on this model. Great for some moves like the Goblet Squat. You’ll need two for some routines like the Gorila Row or the Double Clean. I’ve started out with 5 lb weights. As I said, I’m a beginner.The color (lavender) is fun. (I’m a girl.) The texture is nice and smooth. Certainly not an expensive addition to your exercise routine. You will become stronger if you keep it up. You might also find a studio that specializes in kettlebell training.For some reason, this little item really made a hit with me.Turn your WATCH to the inside of your wrist!But be careful to work your way up slowly. And learn to BREATHE. Learn to REST. Learn proper FORM. And have FUN.
