Helpful for insomnia
This has helped me so much with insomnia. It’s very comforting and helps me fall asleep. I prefer it to a weighted blanket because it can be wrapped around body parts, worn around the house, (if you wanted to)configured in different ways and doesn’t trap heat the way a weighted blanket does.

I really loved this but unfortunately it started to leak very small tiny plastic beads after my return window. They are just so small just like sand they can escape from the smallest holes between threads. If the beads were bigger I bet this would not happen. Sad because I really love this.
