Thorne Collagen Fit Review – Solid Addition to My Routine
I’ve been using Thorne Collagen FIT for just over a month now, mostly as part of my morning smoothie. It blends in well and adds a noticeable protein boost, which has been a great upgrade to my usual mix. While the powder is palatable enough to drink with water alone in a pinch, I do notice a subtle flavor and scent, so I’d recommend mixing it with something like a smoothie or juice for the best experience.As for results, I’ve noticed my skin looks a bit healthier lately… though it’s hard to say if that’s from the collagen or just feeling better and more healthy overall. Either way, it’s been a positive change. I’m not entirely sure what the nicotinamide adds in terms of benefit, but I trust Thorne’s formulations and overall quality. All in all, this has been a worthwhile addition to my supplement stack.

I swear by this product and Thorne brand in general. I think I hooked all my friends on it by now. I’ve noticed my hair became longer and thicker, my nails are stronger and rarely break, my skin is clearer. It took about 2-3 weeks of consistent us to see the results. I add it to my morning coffee. Just be consistent and don’t skip days!
